They are thieves! First of all they didn’t let people convert their WMR to any other currencies and then they disabled transfer from ANY wallet to VISA CARD!!!!My money stuck there I don’t know how to take them out. Rubbish service!

It is literally a money grabbing website. You need to be a tech savy to use it. ID, photo ID, face with ID, address, waiting for weeks. Then you end up with service charges. USE only if you don't have any other option. Pure SCAM. It is a snake and ladder game.

Worst website ever, you need a Maze solving skills in order to make a transaction, don't wast your time.

They have created a good and safe system, but it is difficult for some people to use it because they do not have the patience and time to read the instructions and they encounter problems while working with the site. I have been using their services for more than a year and I have not had any problems so far.

Been fighting with WebMoney for over a week to be able to add funds... No way I can do that... I have verified my account by almost everything possible: my ID, photo ID, face with ID, address and I am still unable to add any of my 5 cards from different banks... That's TOO MUCH. I don't want to mess with this scam anymore.

Definetely not the best wallet system ever. I dislike it and recommend not to use it at any means

Less than 0!!!! They don't accept real utility bills!!! It's been three months that I wait to withdraw my money!!! They want to steal your money!!!! That's It!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I used wmtransfer to move money from btc to wmz. It just gave some random error and my money is gone. They do not reply at all to customers, they just ignore you. I would be too ashamed to work for a company like this, but I suppose the staff must be desperate. Now I have lost $85 for no reason other than that their system and service are hopeless.

Just one question why when I select my google account to subscribe, an alerte warned me that WebMoney asks to access to my contacts list ? It's like for example, my banque asks me the name of my family members, neighbors and freinds !

It is like the website has been designed to cause the maximum difficulty in using any of it's functions, the list of annoying issues is just to long to mention, if you can avoid using it do so, if you have no choice prepare for the most frustration you will ever experience on any web site.

They are the worst possible website ever! I have transferred money from my Paypal account to my newly made Webmoney account and the money never got there and when I wrote to them, they said I need to talk to Paypal support (i 've never had problems with Paypal service) and after asking me to authorize million things related to my account (these services don't even work on their site properly) and when I did what they asked, they kept requesting something new , moving around in circle and in the end they said my account is going to be terminated in 7 days. I am still waiting for paypal guys to see if they managed to solve this issue but the webmoney...Worst spammers that exist

bad UX (user experience), the site is too much redirect in every submit form. and not provide English saved in cookie. so you should choose English every reload page.

I was using this service 2 years,after my support request they simply close my account and I didn’t recieve my money back.Scam think twice before using.

It is really hard to use it if you do not live in Russia.

Is just bad.
the site is badly translate to English and lots of the links just make you confused.
The withdrawal is pain in the as because it never explained how to do it.
But that not the worst thing. The bad and worst about this company is actual the customer service. They have 0 English knowledge and using google translate when talking to you. I never get a answer on what you asking for just a automatically copy paste answer written in bad English.
And they have 0 knowledge on how to help customers.
For me i have used the last 2 months tried to get verified so i can get a card to take out my money.
From the beginning nothing of what i send what good enough
i send passport, address confirmation from the my government, electric bills yea you name it. They come up with something new fault every time. not good enough picture, PDF scan is not good, picture of the documents cant see the corner of the papers and so on. It was just so freaking bad ad frustrating that what ever i send and redone is was never good enough.
And what tip me over and just said go f.. your self to them was when they said your bank statement address is not the same as you put in.
Yea because i write my condo name and number of street ally to make it more easy for the post man. But it was the same. I clearly show them on google map at the address is the same i only have the name of the condo in the system to make it easy on oversea mail to find address. But no. then it was back to the start just some copy paste answer from then not good and so on. Is just bad.
When you send a bank statement with stamp, and government issues address confirmation with stamp. That should and always have done it before with other companies. But not here. They just want to make fun of you and just behave badly.

SO no if you want to lose your money don't ever use this company
