Well I guess I'm their latest victim this company is just another Chinese scam company and you can forget about returning anything or getting a refund that doesn't happen either they have no worries about keeping your money.
I ordered a goth jacket for a fancy dress party it was what I was looking for only when I received my order it was nothing like it had described and no way in hell was it going to fit me.
I contacted them I was told it was me in the wrong and I'm stuck with it unless I pay all shipping and even then there is no guarantees so I'm stuck with something that is no good to me and out of pocket.
Be careful everyone they are scammers don't trust them in anyway

Size we ordered was small asked if we could exchange it for a bigger size. They gave us a run around. Ended up chalking it up to a loss.

Bought a pair of pants went by their sizing chart, pants came in 3 sizes too small wmmart will not take them back, issue a different size or refund. save your money and do not shop here.

well like after 4 weeks I got my button up shirt in the correct size and it looks like the picture but I paid 35 American dollars for the shirt to honestly feel like complete tissue paper, the quality is CRAZY CHEAP. I wasted my money with this company.

Trash company. Hoodie was mislabeled for size. Customer service expects me to pay more to ship it back to China for more than it originally cost. They advised me to keep the item and accept a 30% discount for an item I can't waer. Don't shop with wear. Total scam artist.

Buyer beware, this site is a total rip-off.
They are quick to get your money, but you will not receive a product you can use, if you receive anything at all.

DO NOT ORDER! After 6 weeks for delivery. The shirt I ordered was not the correct color. I ordered a army green camo shirt and received a purple camo shirt. 5 weeks later I finally received a e-mail from customer support. Long story short, they will not refund my money they advised me to not return the Item unless I pay a high expense return shipping fee. They will not send me the shirt I paid for. I'm over it and advise not to waste your time,energy, and money with this company.

The shirt I finally received from wmmart after 5 weeks waiting for shipping, was not pastel rainbow coloured as per the photo on their website. It was ugly, bright but desaturated colours & a strange shiny material. I asked to return it, but unless their "customer support" team approve the return, you have no address details to send it back to! Needless to say they have not approved the return, as they claim it is "not defective", so now I am stuck with a shirt that is nothing like I ordered, that I don't like & $43 AUD wasted! This company is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from them as you cannot return or exchange anything in the normal manner, as you would expect from any other reputable clothing company

The long sleeved t-shirts that I ordered did not fit. This in itself would not be a problem, as any serious company would have a returns / exchange policy. Wmmart do not. Packet took 3 weeks to arrive from China. The items do not even have labels with information on material / washing instructions. Never using again!

Package delivered to wrong address, a commercial site almost 1 mile from my residence. WMMART were unhelpful in resolving the issue, just accepted courier's response that it was delivered and signed for, and effectively recommended I look for it.
Don't bother doing business and wasting your time with this company.

I ordered a jacket in a 2xl (after checking the size guide online). The jacket I received was at least ten inches smaller than advertised. I am a comfortable 16-18 but the jacket barely fitted my daughter who wears a size 8-10.

I emailed wmmart and they refused a refund as the goods were not faulty but when I explained the problem they offered me £3 as a goodwill gesture!!

I emailed again and have now waited a week and haven’t had the courtesy of an email from them. So my advice would be to avoid this company at all costs!

i ordered a sweat shirt from this company the product is not as describbed i wish i had read reveiws it is a size large would fit a size 8/10 tried contacting company no reply contacted paypal the say it is not there concern so avoid using this company i will never use again or tell anyone not to use them

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I received my husband's cardigan which was so tight he couldn't get his arms in the sleeves. We ordered his size from their chart but beware these sizes are way out. I've decided to keep it for myself (it just about fits) rather than trying to deal with returning it. It also didn't resemble the item I ordered and was of very poor quality. Avoid at all costs.

I received my item after 4 weeks it was too small and poorly finished. Customer service keeps implying it is my fault for choosing the wrong size, no mention of the poor quality of the garment. Never buy from this company again.

Looking at the reviews re small sizes sounds like the items are coming from China, ie they are fake. After all where can you get a stone island tee shirt for £13.99 Lol.

OMG!!😲. I wish I would have seen these reviews.
I’m having a terrible time dealing with them.
First, the package came after three weeks, second, I received package and they did NOT look like the picture in their website, thirdly, they fit really tight (I ordered three vests from them) and finally I’ve contacted them to exchange to a bigger size X-Large because they run really small and tight.
They are giving me trouble and blaming me about not checking size chart.
I told them I want to exchange for a bigger size or to give me a full refund. I haven’t heard from them.
I totally agree, Buyers Beware!!!
Don’t buy from this place!!

Item I purchased was vastly different to the item delivered. When I queried with their support team they refused to admit the difference and would not refund or exchange the item.
Do not waste your time or money. Take notice of the reviews, it will save you the bother.

I bought a vampire outfit 4/5/21 for a work conference on 7th june and it stated approx time it would arrive 3rd june, thru many "chat" talks and told to be patient, it actually arrived 7th July - thats 2 months!!! will never buy from this company again.

Terrible quality and sizing, wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing but I was also duped into thinking this was a UK based purchase from an American clothing company. Paid £23 for a hoodie that probably cost less than $2 to make, awful fabric with a run and holes up the entire sleeve. Sizing is completely different to the chart given on the sales page for the garment and the hood was so short it couldn't be worn without pulling the shoulders up towards the ears!
Sent emails and photos and the blame was put onto myself for not ordering the correct size from the chart, they totally ignored the photos of the holes in the fabric!
