This is a lovely jacket. Made in Italy so the quality is top notch. The pink color is so pretty with the black contrasting buttons. Lined beautifully with a pink gingham fabric. It runs a bit large so size down. Overall great style and fine fabric and workmanship. Customer service very helpful.

Love the design of the coat and the fit! It's nice and roomy which allows for good movement while walking and layering underneath. Customer service dept is responsive and helpful.

Due to operator error I ordered the wrong size! The coat is just as described, great color and well constructed but, sadly way too small. The online return process was prompt and all my questions were answered quickly. Double check your size before buying as returns are expensive because it has to go overseas. But I’m impressed enough to order again!

I loved the look of the jacket online plus the fact that it wasn't close fitting which meant I could wear more underneath. What wasn't obvious to me, at the time of purchase, was that the price was in USD and so I was surprised when I found the c/c charge to be well over AUD100 - I wasn't expecting that. My jacket arrived and I was happy with it but didn't wear it until 6 months later on our European holiday just recently. It performed as I thought and kept me warm and dry when needed. I wasn't happy with the drawstring arrangement and found the little toggle would disappear through the opening inside the lining and discovered that it wasn't enclosed in a casing at all but the elastic was just hanging inside. I contacted Millie and even though it was outside of the 'free' return window, if I posted a video review I could then qualify for a replacement jacket at no cost. I decide to have another look at the jacket and found that there was a casing sewn in to the back of the jacket but that the elastic hadn't been threaded through that so I managed to do that and secured the sides where the toggles sit. That fixed the issue and therefore can now wear the jacket as it should be. I bought an XL to make sure it was big enough and it is mostly except for around the hips/thighs but is still quite okay.

Prior to purchase I wrote to ask about sizing and was told that the jacket measurements were as published. I ordered a jacket and when received it was actually 3 inches smaller than published. If I want to return it I have to pay shipping despite what is clearly poor quality management, I did not receive the product advertised. Cost of shipping back to Italy is more than I paid for the jacket.

EDIT: I just received feedback from wJacket, 13 months after I published this review. Apparently they want to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase. TOO LITTLE, WAY TOO LATE. SHAME ON YOU.

Ordered my jacket a few weeks ago, and it had tracking etc. A few days before it arrived, I noticed it was written as arrival in a different destination Country. I was quite concerned, and contacted Millie at customer service. She was a great help, and I always received prompt replies from her with any questions I had. My jacket arrived safely, it is as described, and the colour is also as shown in the picture. Haven’t worn it yet, but it’s a lovely fit, so I’m sure it will be perfect for rainy and windy days.

I purchased one jacket and was so pleased that I ordered another one of a different colour. Each time I have worn one or the other it has been much admired.

Jacket is exactly as described - great fit, flattering and a beautiful style especially the draw string across the back so it is not too loose. Very happy with my purchase.
However, shipping to New Zealand was very slow and frustrating. Although Millie was super helpful with answering my many queries re tracking updates.
