In the begin, they are great until they get your complete money.
They take your money and then find all the excuses under the earth not to resolve the matters of your website. Over three months and still, they have not resolved a simple query form issue that captures clients details via MailChimp. The refuse to respond to emails. Will never recommend them for any work to anyone. Useless and pathetic.

I have personally worked with him to ensure he has a world class website. And we did as we were committed to.
We handed over a 100% Bug Free site to Rohit Bassi over 4 months ago. He himself keeps updating his website which results in bugs appearing and the website being broken. Due to the changes he has been doing in the site himself, these bugs kept appearing and we went the extra mile to fix them at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
He has taken full advantage of our goodness. We resolved Rohit Bassi’s self-created bugs fixed only out of our inherent positive attitude and corporate philosophy of being there for our clients. We give two-month of support to our clients after project delivery. Our mistake was to keep helping him out of the bugs he was sprouting on his own.
After 4 months of this endless rounds of bugs fixing, we finally said enough asked him to pay for fixing more bugs that arose in the site due to changes he has done, he went ahead and posted this review.
This message is for all developers around the world – stay away from working with such kind of people who exploit your skills, get their work done, mess it up themselves and then turn around call you "Useless and pathetic".
