Misleading product with zero customer service. Limited instrument coverage not disclosed upfront. Requested refund immediately after discovering incompatibility - no response, no refund. Waste of money. Details below.

I purchased a Wisesheets subscription on June 2nd, 2025, and discovered that the platform does not support the securities I need (European mutual funds and ETFs). I had attempted to research the instrument coverage beforehand, but the website lacks a searchable directory and the free trial did not clearly show these limitations.
Within hours of purchase, I sent a polite refund request explaining the situation and even acknowledged that Wisesheets appears to be a well-designed platform with smooth interface and quick data loading. However, I have received no response from the company and no refund.

Wonderful for DIY Investor using Excel (or Sheets), but not desirous of Microsoft 365. Stumbled across this Excel Add-in years ago. Unfortunately, the Wisesheets FAQ gives the impression of compatibility only with a MS subscription. However, a couple of day ago thought I'd give Wisesheets a try, despite my Excel being part of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021. Was much surprised when it worked. I'm just amazed at how good this product is in the functionality it provides and also the range of spreadsheet templates that can be downloaded.
