The software does not support 'Dark Mode' and as a person with a sight disability this has become a must-have for me. Software is probably good, but the service and follow up is very poor. Even when I explained my sight problems they kept telling me to adjust Windows settings, even although I told them repeatedly that changing the settings they suggested didn't work for me. I had to go to 2checkout to get a refund from them as WiseCare would not answer any emails from me. Very unprofessional - unlike 2checkout who were brilliant.

The main problem I have faced recently was the persistent lack of free space on the system drive. This was caused by the accumulation of unnecessary system files, temporary data, browser caches, and other service-related elements. At times, the available free space dropped to 200 MB, which led to system malfunctioning and, consequently, delays in completing work tasks.

Using standard Windows tools, manual cleanup, command‑line cleanup, as well as paid utilities, allowed me to free up only about 2 GB, and only temporarily — the issue kept returning.

The situation changed after I started using WiseCleaner. The application quickly freed up and consistently maintains around 9 GB of free space on the system drive. The registry optimization tools also had a positive impact on overall system performance. In my opinion, this application is one of the most effective solutions for optimizing Windows today.

The only drawback I have noted is the limited payment options. PayPal is not available in all regions, and no alternative payment methods are currently offered. Expanding the available payment options would make the product even more convenient for users.

From past few years I've been using wise folder hider, I'm very happy with the software. It really help me encrypt, hide and retrieve my personal files so that no one can access my personal data. It really helped a lot in keeping my privacy safe.

I've been using this app for years, and I love it. I've used other cleaning tools before, but I do think this is the most efficient and and the most customizable between all of them. Just the free version is enough for cleaning thoroughly your pc, and it removes most of your junk files, useful to make more space in your storage. Also, I can really feel the difference in my laptop's performances after going through the optimization tool. It also has many other functions for monitoring, improving safety and speed. Every pc should have this installed in my honest opinion.

I have installed Wise Care 365 software on my Windows 11 laptop and I wish I had done it sooner. It is FREE(which I like) and better than other similar programs I have tried. Other similar programs either do half a job or constantly have popups and advertising to try to get you to upgrade for a price. Wise free version doesn't do that. It has a pro paid version with extra features but i'm happy with the free version. Wise Care 365 has many useful features. One in particular I like is I can click on a button and it cleans out all the useless old data in my RAM to instantly free up RAM. I don't have a huge amount of RAM so I use it often. Overall, Wise Care 365 should be on every computer!

It's awesome it has so many different functions for managing and optimizing Windows makes my work so much easier since I always need a fully optimized clean PC because I am gaming on it.
