Great service, 'cause it's the only site in Germany that offers Illustrator templates, where I can upload a lossless file to secure that nothing goes wrong. AWESOME!!! According to this, the result arrived in a high quality print. No displacements or blurrings - just a neat, clean print.

they have put me in embarrassing situation with my customers right now there are 3 orders already 2 days late

We have problems with the product and they ignore our mails and don't help to fix the problem. Already ordered a second time and colors are still not correct despite following their instructions. We had multiple designers and agencies check the files if they are done correctly like in the instructions and still wrong colors. Contacting the support over mail multiple times they always ignore us.
The service is just catastrophic. There was not a single time we got our business cards on time even if we bought express shipping and priority. At least we got our money back, but if you need something urgent look for a different company.

I had a sample catalogue of my paintings printed. The work was done quickly and the quality is spot on. No problems with colors: and as anyone who has ever tried printing photos of paintings knows, this is a huge issue. Will definitely use the services again!

Good people severely held back in their customer service by lousy company policy. I wanted a simple 2D, 2 color logo printed on a bier glass, but even as a German speaking IT manager with a fair amount of Photoshop experience, I could not make head or tail out of their instructions on how to prepare the image file [Change white to 100% Cyan but mark as "white"] (and no, that does not mean write "white" over it).
No step-by-step instructions, no online tool, and staff who were friendly and wanting to be helpful, but who were not allowed to make the changes themselves (even thought they had my two color vector file and knew how to do the few mouse-clicks necessary).

Sorry. We ordered once, and all went pretty smooth except very slow communication (over a month to complete one order). The second time we were waiting for a quotation for over a week. We called them and they informed us "we can not deliver to you" due to "company policy". They ended up wasting our time, and I previously explained to them the importance of handling things quickly.

Probably better to stay away.

Communication Nightmare! I would give no stars if possible. Our company (Märchen Erlebnispark Marquartstein Gmbh & Co Kg) ordered Tshirts from Wir Machen Druck which were printed completely reversed from our directions. When we asked to return the Tshirts we were told we had released the shirts to be printed as they were received; however, we can see clearly in the comments section of our order that this is not true. We specifically asked for a black and white print in front and a coloured print on the back. After multiple emails and over 2 hours arguing with people on the telephone, the company has not been able to show us any evidence that we accepted the order as it was recieved. However, they offered to re-print the shirts correctly at a 20% discount. I replied per email that that would only be acceptable after we recieved an answer in writing about the bill for the first print. Somehow someone at Wir Machen Druck "read through the lines" of my email and decided we wanted them to place the second order immendiately as an express order! At that point we had no written answer about the first order and a second was on its way! When I learned of this a few hours later, I was told there was no way to cancel the order. The next day, I recieved a mail from the Quality Control manager, that we would not be recieving a refund for the first order. I tried unsuccessfully to reach him by telephone and email to work out a fair solution. Without luck. So when the second printing of the Tshirts came a few days later, we sent them immendiately back with the postman. Now we have a mail from the same Quality Control manager that he expects us to name a new date of delivery and pay for the second print of the Tshirts in full. This whole affair has cost us an enormous amount of time and nerve. After years of cooperation, Wir Machen Druck has definitively lost us as a customer. We most likely will be asking our lawyer to get involved in the next few days. I can only warn any and all of you to stay away from this company!
