Customer Support

I have been using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum for several years. During that timeframe I tried other, supposedly similar or better programs. Some of those programs were pretty good, however, the major difference was/is Customer Support. Every time I have needed assistance it was provided promptly and politely. The quality and completeness of their Custome Service is a rare occurrence these days.

Great Customer Service

This is an amazing piece of software, i had a few issues with activation but their customer service was second to none and got my issue sorted straight away.
I highly recommend Digiarty software for beginners and experienced alike.

Good Program & Excellent Support

I had a problem with the install which turned out to be my fault. Nevertheless, their tech support responded immediately within minutes to assist. The install was quick and I find the program very easy to learn and use. I am very pleased with the price and quality of this program.

There are levels in this world...

The contrast between the inability of Corel Customer Services to even understand the basic problem I had and the impressive performance of Digiarty Support who solved my access problem in seconds was quite remarkable. Ricky Ma deserves a medal for skill, helpfulness and his determination to get the job done!

Re-installation and re-registration issues

The response to my request for reinstalling the Winx series of software (which I use on almost a daily basis) after a serious disk crash was very quick complete. There were a few bumps in re-registering the software (probably on my end) but they were taken care of quickly and without any problems. Definitely would recommend the software AND the customer service. Thank you very much

Professional Help

Customer service was overly gracious and kept repeating the answer to my question even though I kept getting lost and asking dumb questions. Their patience was rewarded when I finally pulled my head out of my hind parts. I thank them for their help and their patience.

I wanted to transfer old movies to my pc. I had a problem making the software work and contacted support. They responded within 10 minutes and helped. The problem was on my side but they worked through it with me. Very happy.

These guys are great

These guys are great. Outstanding customer service. I purchased the DVD ripper years ago, and it has been my go-to ever since. I have almost 1500 DVDs which I now have stored and preserved in a closet. This is because I was able to pull my movies to a central hard drive and use a media software to share them throughout my house. Makes life so much easier. Kind of like having my own personal Streaming service, but for free. Great people, great software and I would recommend them before anyone else.

Help Although not Digiarty Problem

Recent software upgrade on my computer changed settings that affected my Digiarty software. I asked for help thinking the WINX was at fault, received an immediate response telling me no problems existed with Digiarty software. I then looked elsewhere and found the problem. Their quick response was appreciated and helped solve my problem.

The software discovered the problem!

The software discovered the problem I was having and turned it into a "report". I was able to send it on to WinX, whereby Shirley in Customer Service, figured out my problem and sent an email back right away with the fix.

2nd time I've used the online support time and 2nd time I'm giving a 5-Star review.
Both times I got a quick response and a solution that solved my problem. Great software and great customer service.

I was stuck...

I was stuck. I own several DVD's that were giving me headaches trying to convert for my home Plex server. I hunted around and found WinX DVD Ripper. I gave it a try and boom! easy to use and worked great. I had one minor issue, so I reached out to support. They got back to me within a few hours with the solution and now I am relaxing and streaming my fav's. Thanks Digitary for a great customer experience!!

AVOID

30 day money back guarantee not honored; note other reviewers seem to have the same complaint.

Shortly after placing an order with them my bank issued me a new card and a fraud warning.

Shortly after creating a user login with the vendor to pursue a return, that email and password combination were leaked to hackers, who have attempted to access various accounts of mine.

Have been using Digiarty software for a little more than a year now and in fact just renewed my subscription. The specific application I use has performed flawlessly until not too long ago but with the patience and expertise their five-star support group a Digiarty associate solved my issue at a 'HD' speed.

Great and fast helpdesk!

After not having used MediaTrans for a while, there was a problem with updating the software. My mail with a request for assistance was answered quickly and contained a number of options to solve the problem. And one of them did, indeed. Great service and a great product.
