Unprofessional and Tenant-Unfriendly Estate Agent
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this estate agent to think twice. My experience has shown that they have no loyalty or regard for tenants, and will happily bend the truth to protect the landlord’s interests. Communication is almost non-existent – emails and phone calls are rarely answered, and when you do manage to get through, the reception staff are dismissive, rude, and seem to believe they are the decision-makers rather than simply front desk support.
Professionalism and basic courtesy are severely lacking here, where some issues raised were either ignored or brushed off. Tenants deserve respect and honesty, but sadly, this agency fails on both counts. If you value good service, clear communication, and fair treatment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
