From the initial communication with Donna through to receipt of the survey report, we were delighted with the service received from Winfields. After completing the full structural survey on our intended purchase, Gil then telephoned that evening with an overview of 'top level' urgent works required. We then received the full report and over 300 photos which was amazing and really helped us to understand the detail as we could also visualize the areas referred to.

Excellent service yet again! Polite, extremely helpful and prompt to book the survey on-site. Verbal report the day of the survey, an emailed written report within the week and a hardcopy offered.
Gil was extremely accommodating due to me being let down by vendors pulling on three occassions and was happy to rebook at my convenience. He's been patient, extremely helpful, supportive and his reports are comprehensive. I can highly recommend him!
