at 13:37:39 via Mastercard, payment went through - ordered was confirmed via site & e-mail. Never received it, nor any shipping updates or information regarding it. No reply to e-mail efforts either etc. Still no word on a refund.

Tried to buy some port, payment went through on PayPal but on website it showed as failed/pending, all mailboxes show as full and get returned. Claiming money back through bank, claiming back through PayPal is more work.
