Extremely Disappointing Service and Non-Responsive Customer Support
I am thoroughly disappointed with Wind Tre Business and feel compelled to share my frustrating experience. As a business user, I expect reliable internet service and prompt customer support—two basic requirements that Wind Tre Business has utterly failed to deliver.
First and foremost, the internet speed is abysmal. Despite being in an area with supposedly good coverage, I constantly experience slow connection speeds that severely disrupt my business operations. This is completely unacceptable for a service marketed towards businesses that rely on stable internet access.
To make matters worse, the customer support is practically non-existent. I have sent multiple official requests via PEC email to close my account, and all of them have been met with silence. It is shocking that a company of this size does not bother to respond to official communications from its customers. Their negligence is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
In summary, Wind Tre Business has proven to be a nightmare of a service provider. The internet speeds are incredibly slow, and their utter lack of response to my PEC emails requesting account closure is beyond frustrating. I strongly advise any potential customers to think twice before considering Wind Tre Business. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Wind tre internet e molto male, hanno grande problemmi con la rete e copertura. Ho problemmi da 1 mesa e 3 settimane e loro hanno fato un grande ****. Sono molti incompetenti chi si occupa con l'antenne. Stati lontano da loro. Ci sonno altri miglori operatori dove pagi meno per piu meglio qualita. Sono arabiato che ho dovuto canciare con wind.
Wind internet has got big problems with the rate and cover. I had problems for over 1 month and a half and these animals are so lazy they dont even give their interest. Incompetent fools who got no idea how to repair a problem. They want your money, they even rob you (legaly they say..) if they can but they dont offer the service for the money they ask for. Stay away ! There are better operators with much better quality and a lower price also. I'm sad that i had to start with wind.
