Lorraine is the loveliest human being! She explains absolutely everything you need to know before your scan and tells you who everyone is. Chris was the man who scanned me and he was such a delight! Chris was really thorough with my scan, telling me what we could see on the screen and engaged so nicely with my children who I bought along. I would 1000% recommend

Staff are really very friendly they take the time to capture some top quality images of your baby. Nothing is too much trouble and they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Really lovely experience and one that I will always remember because it creates such special memories of my pregnancy. Lovely setting we had a wonderful day. I would recommend this to anyone expecting a baby especially if you want to know your gender and nhs havent been able to confirm.

Such a beautiful experience - felt so comfortable with Blessing our sonographer and the pink/blue lighting option for a gender reveal is so lovely.

It was a great experience and I was so happy to find out my baby's gender even though he was being awkward and hiding from the sonographer.

Our first time using window to the womb for the gender reveal of our first baby. We had the best experience, all the staff were polite and friendly. The sonographer took her time checking over our baby. The way they revealed the gender in the room was amazing and we came away so excited to our new baby!

Honestly couldn’t fault window to the womb Stockport, they always go above and beyond to accommodate my scans! I’ve had 4 private scans here so far during my pregnancy & each time I’ve been looked after through and through, I honestly couldn’t recommend them anymore! Such lovely staff , always friendly & smiling! And the scans always come out the best, so clear.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of information provided before and during our appointment. The team are so accommodating and actively try to help you have the best experience when seeing baby (especially during a 4D scan), including booking a rescan of baby is not cooperating. This goes above and beyond when creating an experience we shall truly cherish!

My experience at window to womb in bagshot has always been great throughout my pregnancy I have been here 3 times now for private scans- 7 weeks, 16 weeks and 28 weeks and all times have been extremely pleasant. Staff are cheerful and always willing to help and be assertive! The sonograper N.Ben I have had all 3 times and she’s been brilliant!

I had my gender scan and fetal wellbeing check at Window to the Womb Cramlington, and it was such an amazing experience. We had 7 family members there with us, and the staff made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable. The scan was brilliant, everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was so special. I’ve had 3 scans at window to the womb in ellesmere port so far and they’ve all been absolutely amazing.
All of the staff are so welcoming and make you feel so at ease during your appointment.

the company is brilliant! the service was incredible as they made me feel very comfortable gave me all the attention i wanted. i was able to ask however many questions i wanted unlike the NHS , where it’s just quick and uneasy l. i have spent my money very well for the gender and well being scan. i will be recommending to all my pregnant family and friends in the future for sure

We have used Window to the Womb for several scans throughout this pregnancy & every time I have felt so at ease. Especially after previous loss scans became my biggest anxiety but everytime I was made to feel so comfortable & the sonographer understood my anxieties and put me at ease as quickly as possibly to show us our baby.

Amazing sonagrapher amazing experience

I originally booked my 4D scan for when I was 26 weeks pregnant. On the day of my appointment, I was contacted and told that I would not be able to get good 4D images at 26 weeks and that I should wait another 1–2 weeks for better results. Based on their advice, my appointment was changed to a later date.

However, when I attended my rescheduled appointment today, the sonographer told me that I had actually passed the best time for the scan — which was the original appointment date at 26 weeks — and that the placenta was now too close to the baby, making it difficult to get good images.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I followed the advice given to me by the clinic, changed my appointment accordingly, and now I am being told that I missed the optimal time because of that change. This was a very special scan for me, and I feel that I have been let down by the service and the advice I was given.
