Rude dentist

I had an NHS emergency appointment at this dentist having cracked a tooth whilst on vacation in Narberth. The dental nurse and reception staff were very friendly but the dentist was very rude, refused to speak to me directly, refused the dental nurse's recommendation for an x-ray (Used an iPad instead) and was impatient with my asking questions. I was encouraged not to have treatment and when I queried what the issue was I was told it was a matter of time.
