Excellent customer service and technical advice
I needed a new wired remote module for my old warrior winch. I contacted Winches UK and received excellent advice as to what would work for my winch.
the Product was dispatched in a timely manner and arrived well packaged. The replacement part is more robust than the original and has enabled me to extend the life of my old winch. Would I use this company again - Yes.

The wire keeps fraying
The wire keeps fraying, so had to cut it to make it work , ordered a replacement and I’ve been told it will take 4 to 5 weeks for a new one ???

The remote i bought was a nightmare to fit and invalidated the guarantee. The clutch is sticking on so can't release rope i have to power it out. The black nylon shroud covering the hook end of rope gets caught i the rope quide. Lastly I have already submitted my review but you chose to ignore me. I wish I hadn't bought your winch
