I’ve placed a few orders with Wilson’s, and every product has arrived right on schedule—neatly packaged and great quality. The only issue I ever had was with a supplement that got delayed in USPS tracking. I reached out to Wilson’s by email, and they responded right away. After verifying the situation, they reshipped my order quickly.
This turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When the original package eventually arrived, I offered to pay for it, but they kindly told me to keep it. Wilson’s truly stands out for their exceptional service and reliability. I highly recommend them for all your supplement needs—they’re a company you can trust!

Good and fast delivery

Ordered from this company for the first time ever and paid extra money to have my order expedited. 5 days later, I still haven't received my order and it's at minimum another 2 to 3 days from delivery. Why did I pay for expedited shipping, to wait the same if not longer to receive my product? Don't do it!

This company has their shit together. I only order from here because they have the best prices, and you just get whats expected. Powerful products that deliver great results. Shipping is always super quick (even quicker when you do expedited option). Customer support is also super fast to reply as well. I hope they continue to keep their operations the same.

This company has some of the best customer service ever! The mail lost my shipment and they were super responsive and got me a replacement order within two days. I've never experienced anything quite like this from any other company.

I have been ordering supplements through them for about a year. Every order has been on time, exactly as described and in pristine condition. Recently I ordered the wrong product and reached out to the team to initiate a return for credit. I expected some drawn out and tedious process as you would experience with most companies, but was pleasantly surprised with some of the kindest customer service I have ever received. I cannot recommend them enough!

My second 5 Star Review as this company continues to impress. I was accidentally shipped the wrong item (mistakes happen) and I immediately notified Wilson Supplements via email. In less than 24 hours I received a response from ownership - quite impressive. Not only did they apologize for the mistake they insisted I keep the item sent in error AT NO-CHARGE plus they confirmed the item I originally ordered would be shipped out the same day. Isn't it illegal to sell ephedra in the US? Wish I had known that before it made me seriously ill prompting me to Google it. Nothing like the feeling your about to have a heart attack for 24 hours. Thanks for that.
Not saying the whole site is bad but you should indeed Google what your buying before you buy it. There is no oversight warning you of possible interactions or excessive doses between products, they just send you what you order. Of course it's my fault for not understanding what I'm buying but hey nothing like a trip to the hospital for a crash course education. You've been warned. Don't be fooled by the 90% fake reviews on here.

Supplements that actually work and good customer service. I was feeling tired all the time. Hands down I have always had the best experience with this company. I haven’t had many issues but I did have 2 issues. One with shipping and one with a product. But to my surprise Wilson supplements responded immediately and took car of the shipping and sent another product out next day air and the other issue was I didn’t like a product and they shipped me another product and cover the higher price and shipping and set me up good. I promise you there is no other company giving by customer service like willing supplements. I have ordered from several companies for years. No other company can match the service. The products are good and the customer service is beyond great. I won’t shop anywhere else but here. Thanks wisdom supplements for all the great help!!!

My order got lost during the mailing process. When Wilson found out I still hadn't received my products 2 weeks after they shipped, they immediately re-sent the entire order. No charge. That is tier 1 customer service. Had they not,I still wouldn't have my products six weeks later. Awesome company!

So my order was estimated delivery Monday Jan 6 but never gets delivered instead it is just in transit the entire time and never got a single scan at any post office hub. The next day I emailed the company about the situation and they only waited 1 more day and still nothing updated on my order. The company emails me the very next day that they are shipping my order again but they go above and beyond and ship it 2nd day air with UPS. And to top off the prompt no hesitation customer service they provide to make sure I get my order. My other order shows up in my mailbox and I let the company know and they blew my mind and said I keep both orders. SO I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING, OUTSTANDING,WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE THAT WILSON SUPPLEMENTS GAVE . THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S 👌 👍 BEST.
