What an amazing team over there at William Painter! First off, I’ve had The Hook sunglasses since 2017! They’ve obtained some scratches and paint wear over the course of 7 years. After remembering they have a lifetime guarantee, I decided to find out how to redeem it. Sutton responded to my request super fast, was extremely helpful, nice, and processed my request way faster than I expected. From start to finish, I received my new shadies in 5 days! I have so much love for these guys! I got my first pair with an amazing deal. But I can absolutely attest that they are worth every penny.

The only reason I have ever needed replacements is because of my kids! 😂 (toddler pulling them apart, teenager sitting on them etc).

This is a great company with great products and customer service. I don't want to buy from the corporate giant that monopolizes the glasses industry. When I found WP I was stoked. With a lifetime warranty, they are literally built for life. I am just exchanging a pair I got in 2017 for a new pair. I love that I can do this. Their CS was awesome and really accommodating. I recently damaged my sunglasses and contacted them to send my a new pair. I paid the $49. Warranty fee and are in the process of getting my old pair replaced. Throughout the whole process I dealt with a person (Sutton) who has been so professional. I've sent several emails and each time Sutton answered ALL my questions and concerns. I recently received two pairs of sunglasses from William Painter as a Christmas gift but unfortunately, one pair didn’t really suit my style so I wanted to return them. Greatest Sunnies I have ever owned.
I bought my first pair of the "edge" some 5 plus years ago and cant see myself ever wearing another pair of glasses.
Even when they unfortunately broke, leaving me devastated, the lifetime warranty kicks in and sure enough a new pair arrives, hassle free.
