Worth Every Penny

William Painter sunglasses are the best I’ve ever owned. Lightweight but super durable, with crystal-clear polarized lenses that cut glare perfectly. I order the hook glasses and the hidden bottle opener in the arms is a clever bonus that always gets compliments.

What really sold me is the lifetime warranty. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind their product, but WP does. If anything happens, they’ve got you covered—no questions asked.

Stylish, functional, and built to last. I’ll never buy another brand.

This will be the third pair of glasses I have purchased from William Painter. The style is so clean and the quality of their glasses is top tier. I lost my first pair of Levels (sad day I know) and immediately had to order a second pair. Besides the product quality, the William Painter team is super responsive and helpful. Just all around cool people and awesome products.

The product is great, but after 5 years I needed some support. I messaged the team and the response was fast and the customer service was fantastic. Best sunglasses I have ever bought.

My sunglasses broke after 7 years of service. Of course I couldn’t find the receipt nor enter or reactivate my account. So I thought it doesn’t really make sense to even start going after that lifetime guarantee thing. I did it anyway and: Tadaaaaaa! Only with my name, my email address and a foto of the broken glasses I got it. I had to pay a fee of 40$, but that I paid more than gladly. Now the new glasses are on the way! This is an amazing company! 99,9% of the rest of the world can learn a ton from this customer service! And the whole process took 4 days! I still can’t believe it… Thank you guys, you’re the best!

Contacted support and they replied in under 5 minutes took care of all my issues and even gave me a slightly discount to assist with the shipping.

Very communicative team. Always on top of the conversation. I didn't reply for an entire day and then replied within minutes and the response times were always fast.

Considering you are getting a product that has a lifetime warranty, is of much better quality, and in some case even less than half the price of a designer brand.

Outstanding customer service with quick responses! I had a warranty issue and the help and flexibilty really suprised me. And the best looking sunglasses on the market, so what is there not to love?

I’ve bought quite a few pairs of Titan socks from you guys. They’ve been such a huge game changer for me!

With traditional socks, I’ve always noticed that I would somehow have holes in them within a week. With the Titan Socks, I still have every original pair so far, and while some do have holes (my first order was, I believe, in October of 2021), they’re all still wearable, and far outlast any other socks I’ve ever bought before.

Also, around October of 2022, I officially hit my breaking point with Athlete’s Foot (I’ve had it for well over a decade), and after doing extensive research, I used tea tree oil cream and was wearing your socks throughout everything. I very rarely take off my socks, and even wear them to bed, which was not good for someone who’s had Athlete’s Foot. After about two months of treating this consistently, I was Athlete’s Foot-free! I attribute not only that tea tree oil cream, but also your socks to being free of that for nearly 3 years now, and counting!

I really wanted to let you know that you have an incredible product, that my favorite style are the Runner’s, that I’m almost always buying some more during your sale (recently got my first pair of grays and LOVE them), and that I don’t know what I would do without you guys!

I purchased my pair of sunglasses 6 years ago and mind you I used them every single day with heavy use. They far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately things do happen and the frame did break. But the good people at William Painter made the process of getting my new pair super smooth. I appreciate all they have done and will continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone looking to keep their eyes protected from the sun. I ordered a pair. They broke. I paid the “replacement fee” that is conveniently not mentioned when they tell you about their “lifetime warrant”. Which isn’t a warranty if you have to pay a fee for your next pair. I paid the fee. But 3 years later I still haven’t got em. I’ve been scammed is all I can say. How there are positive reviews, I have no clue. Beware, they must be faked.

Aside from being the nicest, clearest, and most solid glasses I’ve ever owned - this team is straight up amazing. I had a minor issue and they went above and beyond anything I was expecting.

Consider me a customer for life!

Glasses broke way too easily for $150. They are made from extremely cheap materials. That said, I still like them anyway because they have unique style and are very light. I requested my lifetime warranty be honored, and paid the $50 for the warranty replacement.

Unfortunately, this process appears to be a scam. After taking my $50 a month ago, William Painter has proceeded to ignore 4 different emails to their support address (where you are directed to request your replacement, despite them taking your money through an automated process). Their chat bot does not even respond at all anymore, and no one appears to be staffing any support channels. Please do not buy from this company, even if they were once not a scam, they now appear to be.

These guys are awesome, contacted them for warranty on some sunglasses that I bought years ago. They went above and beyond my expectations and made sure that everything was perfect! I 1000% recommend buying their stuff it’s truly built to last and the costumer service it outta this world!
