This company has extraordinary service! We drove over my sunglasses by accident and they sent me a new pair the very next day! BTW, these shades are my favorite ever! Very clear lenses and the are very lightweight so they never hurt your nose or ears.

I bought my first sungalsses on. 2018. The warranty was great. Today, i have to pay fees each time the sungalsses is failed or broken. No need to comment my feedback. Bye bye William painter...

I wish more companies worked as well as William Painter. First, they have an excellent product. Their glasses are robust, stylish, and fashionable. Second, their service after the sale is exceptional. I received these glasses several years ago as a gift. Over time, I scratched the lenses. Based on their warranty, I emailed the company and requested a replacement. Sutton quickly responded to my email and gave me detailed instructions on how to make the return. This was an easy and enjoyable process. I highly recommend everything about this company. Keep up the great job.

Best pair of glasses I've owned. Very light frame yet feels robust… gold is a good balance of subtle and classy, blue lenses aren’t too blue and provide great contrast for driving. William Painter is making up excuses not to honor Lifetime Warranty. Please be cautious as they will not honor warranties from over 5 years ago becuase they 'can not' verify purchases on Amazon.
(I have sent all screenshots and corresponding 4 digit CC numbers to verify).

They claim the accounts are 'OLD'? Well what is the point of a LifeTime Warranty.

Let me start by saying, I have purchased over a dozen pairs of their sunglasses - I love them. I wear them all the time.

I made many purchases on Amazon because it is where I do a-lot of my shopping - just easier. After almost 10 years of purchasing $250.00 sunglasses, I wanted to try out their lifetime warranty and started with two purchases I made in 2017 - this was done to perfection and they (William Painter) honored this.

I had a few more pairs I wanted to try out the warranty as The Hook Sunglasses I bought were scratched. William Painter would not honor this and I sent them photos of the sunglasses which were needing to be replaced. William Painter keeps making excuses not to honor the warranty and nothing in their Warranty Terms and Conditions is indicated in their email responses to me. They said they could not prove my purchases made from Amazon BUT they accepted a Warranty Claim from 2017 but they would not honor this claim for another pair of sunglasses I bought from 2017 as well. They are making excuses and now I will report this to the FTC and see what happens.

First of all I think WP sunglasses are the best I’ve ever worn. Their quality and durability are unmatched. I’ve worn them since WP began its business. They’ve literally changed the way I see the world.
Secondly their service and response times are excellent.

Emailed service to correct my email address so that I could file a claim on my Empire glasses that I ran over with a golf cart. The Support tech, Sutton, immediately sent me a detailed email listing everything I needed to file a claim. I completed the list of items and emailed them back. Shortly after that I received an email from Sutton advising my claim was completed an a new pair of glasses were being shipped that day. It took me less than 10 minutes to get all my info together and from the initial email to the one from Sutton advising that my new glasses were in the mail was under an hour!
That is what I call amazing service...5 Star++++

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a pair of The Level Titanium polarized 5 years ago, recently after much use in 5 countries I scratched a lens. Loving the glasses so much I reached out to William Painter customer service to see if I could get a lens replaced. They went a step beyond and are replacing my glasses. The lifetime warranty is just that. An outstanding pair of glasses with world class customer service.

Ordered the best sunglasses from the best team ! Had a slight hiccup with the delivery and a quick pic, a quick email and an even quicker response from Sutton @William Painter and my wife will be getting a replacement for her favorite sunglasses in this world ! Thanks to all @ William Painter but especially Sutton !

My 2022 sunglasses bent and sent them an email on 2025, I paid $50 and got a new pair. Quick no pushback and honor what they claim in their warranty program.
