What can I say. Amanda at Regency Park has been absolutely incredible. We made the decision to buy a new build property 4 weeks ago, from the moment we decided to view the property, her upbeat personality shone through. We are in rented and the process has been very easy for us. However absolutely no pressure at all which has been a dream. Our mortgage situation is complex but Amanda said for us to try a company who many be able to support us. They have and did from the initial phone call, we had our mortgage within days offered. We are one week from completion and we cannot believe how quick the process has been for us.

The site manager was wonderful, so supportive, informative. We could not ask for anymore support during this process . We have been recommending left right and centre.

This is the first time we had purchased a new build. The whole process of buying with William Davis Homes was a very positive experience.
Beverley James Hill was so helpful through the whole process answering our many questions including recommending a choice of solicitors who deal specifically with new home sales through to the selection of floor coverings and blinds etc.
As we progressed the sale and build the Site manager and his team were also very helpful and responsive.
On completion day there was champagne in the fridge and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome us to our new home.

Before deciding to purchase our home, we visited three different companies, and I must say that William Davis stood out. We had the pleasure of working with Amanda, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Amanda was incredibly patient and always had time for us. No matter how many questions I asked (even when I asked the same ones multiple times!), she was happy to answer them lol. She took the time to show us different houses and explained everything clearly, making sure we felt comfortable with our decision.

What made William Davis different from other companies was the ongoing support. From the moment we showed interest in the property to the day we got our keys, Amanda remained the same—kind, helpful, and always checking in on us. Her dedication and genuine care made all the difference.

I was quite nervous about the process, especially after previous challenges with other properties, but Amanda reassured me every step of the way. She pointed me in the right direction, and everything went smoothly because of her. Honestly, if it weren’t for Amanda, I might have chosen a different company, so I’m truly grateful.

Amanda was great from start to finish with our service. We was very apprehensive as it had been a long process and 2 houses fell through before but I couldn’t believe it when she said we would be moved in within 6 weeks, I think we was in within 5 and had Christmas in all of it too!! really impressed with the service and can’t thank Amanda enough :)

I recently purchased a home from William Davis Homes, and while my overall experience has been largely positive, there were a few aspects that left me with mixed feelings.

Assistance and Customer Support
The process was made much easier thanks to the excellent support from Bev, Jun, and Yuvette. The customer support team also deserves praise for their prompt handling of snagging issues.

Comparative Observations and Design Considerations

While similar houses feature railings or a fence around the garden area, my home did not include this detail.

I was disappointed with the exterior finish as well; instead of a grassy area, chip boards were used. Despite improvements made after I reported the issue, the finish still contains a significant amount of wood chips, leading me to invest additional effort to achieve the look I prefer.

Additionally, I noticed that the house type I purchased lacks adequate storage space, which can be inconvenient.

In the Welford model, although the build quality is generally good, there are a couple of design choices that could use reconsideration. For example, the placement of the internet connection in the bathroom feels awkward, and the under-counter configuration for the fridge and freezer isn’t very practical.

Overall Impression
Despite some inconsistencies in design and finish, as well as the missing storage space, the excellent support from the sales team and customer service has made my experience with William Davis Homes a positive one. I would recommend potential buyers to compare features carefully to ensure the home meets their specific needs.

Been in my William Davis house on Wellington Place since July 2022 and all seemed okay, even going though the snaglist. Untill Spring 2023 came and we could hear birds nesting beneath the roof. We hoped the year after they wouldn't come back, but they did. For which reason we had it checked this year, after which turned out they missed a brick leaving an open gap just behind the gutter where it was easy for birds to get in to. When showing the pictures to Customer service, for which you need a ladder as its 2 high, they agreed to send help to get it fixed. We missed the operative ringing our bell so they just started working. I noticed them working to ask how it was going to not get any feedback, after which they also left without saying anything. When asking customer service if they at least can show a picture of what it looks like now, I get some snobby arrogant message to say its not what they usually do and that I just need to assume their operative delivers quality work. I mean if they delivered quality work we wouldn't be here in the first place, so now need to find my own solution again to verify if they actually fixed their mistake. Very bad client service, being arrogant and presumptuous to just assume I would be okay without seeing anything or even giving me a choice by just driving off without saying anything.

Wm Davis Homes were a pleasure to deal with at every stage of our house purchase. Their customer service has been exceptional and the property is lovely. The wider estate is well designed and maintained, and we have felt at home from the very first day.
