William Davis at Regency Park, Castle Donington, have been incredible. We put our deposit down in February and only moved in on the 29th September due to lots of issues with our chain.
Amanda (Sales Manager) was supportive, patient and very helpful with the whole process. She constantly chased all involved and kept us informed the whole time. The moving process was very stressful, but Amanda was so experienced, she either gave us the advice we needed, or dealt with the people who needed sorting. She was amazing!
The house itself is beautiful. We are so pleased with the quality of everything.
We highly recommend William Davis as a builder.

From the first meeting until completion, Steph was welcoming, personable and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the property but not pushy. Throughout, at times a fraught period to sell our current house, Steph was supportive and always got things moving. We have been pleased with the quality of everything in place so far. The proof will, of course, be over time on the property as a whole but, at this moment, we were very happy with the service and our new home.

Surprised that there are any good reviews. Shoddy workmanship, poor attitude and he charged a fortune.

During the process of part-exchanging and buying my new home at Princes Place, William Davis Homes have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They’ve been professional, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout the entire journey. I received regular updates and felt fully supported at every stage. Yvette and Bev at William Davis Homes made the process of purchasing a new home in Houlton smooth and swift, it took less than 4 weeks from offer to completion! They are professional, polite and quick to help. They treated me with respect and took the time to answer my queries. There was a slight mishap on completion day when a key set was missing as the cleaner had forgotten to return it, however Yvette rectified this very quickly, who liaised with the site manager, Neil, to replace the lock barrel on the morning of moving in day and offered their sincere apologies. So thanks again for solving this so quickly. Apart from this, the whole experience buying with WD homes has been a pleasurable and stress-free experience.

We’ve started the first time buyer process few weeks ago, and the team has been incredibly helpful, especially Yvette she is really professional and knows how to make sure you feel comfortable and understand the process. I will recommend this developer and even their home and design.

Originally we were not looking for a new build, however after popping in for a chat with Mandy, 3 months later we are now in our beautiful new home
