Delicious diced goat!
Bought and cooked 5Kg of free range diced goat on the bone recently to make curried goat for a private lunch function. The goat was delicious😃. The box arrived chilled via DHL and was packed very well. I trimmed off the goat from the bone pieces, spiced it for 72 hours and then roasted the bones for 90 mins which I also spiced and marinated for 72 hours. I then removed more goat from the bones after roasting and made the curried goat which I cooked for a further 3 hours. The curried goat was so soft and tender and full of fabulous afro-asian flavours. I will come back for more again. Great quality meat. 👏👏👏👏👏👏. Thank you.

The attention to detail
The attention to detail; No matter what the order, the order is put together and expedited a if I was The only person in the world, and my order was one of great importance.
If I wanted to impress, then I could order the most exquisite items, and then ask how to cook it. The instructions would be in their library, and with easy-to-follow steps could then serve a meal that would impress anyone.
Delivery is important sometimes. And being able to order a delivery slot down to a few hours gives me the ability to set up a meal knowing that I will be able to bring it to table with panache……

Delivery charge issue
I had a slight issue with the delivery charge exemption caused by my not remembering what the required level of expenditure was. I queried this with the Company and received a polite explanation of my error from the Office Manager, Annabel, who then accepted my proposal to add an extra item to the order to reach the required level at a loss to the Company of £1 - brilliant customer service!!
The meat is excellent too!!

Excellent choice of sustainable wild meats
Everything about my first order with this company and its wild meats was perfect. The website is very easy to use and highly informative about each product. The variety of sustainable wild meats is impressive and it is all very tempting - I am definitely be back for some wild duck, goat and rabbit - meats I cannot get in any local butchers or farm shops.
The parcel arrived on the day requested and was well packaged and still cold from the ice packs. The booklet enclosed with the order is excellent in giving detailed information on the meats and how to cook them.
We cooked the venison today and it was soft and very tender with no sinew or fat. It far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended company. Thank you.
