Family memories made!

Swimming with the dolphins was something I’ve always wanted to do. My family had a wonderful, memorable time! It felt safe, was organized, and our tour guide was fun/funny. 5 star experience except the pictures at the end. You are not allowed to bring your camera. They photograph the entire experience for you. The pictures were great. They were professional and captured everything, however, it is not an option to buy one or even a few pics. You have to buy an entire package of you want any-$300 and up….

This place charges for everything

This place charges for everything. If you breath, chin chin. If you speak, chin chin. They don't even provide water station while you do the rides. You have to buy a small water bottle for 4 dlls a bottle. It's the most expensive in los cabos and, it's no worthy. Not even a penny. If you are into wasting your money and time, then this is for you.

Price gouging

They scammed us for the most part! We paid theu a company named Terramar! Omar was the contact person. Omar and wild canyon work together to beat people out of money! We paid him cash and was told that everything was included, meaning transportation, insurance, and park fee. On the way there we still had not received a confirmation. I called Omar and he lied and said those things were not included so we immediately told the driver to take us back. I had 8 witnesses that heard him say everything was included. The driver refused to take us back. We pulled up and they tried to have us get out we refused. They sent the manager out he was cool and tried to smooth it over he did agree to not make us pay the transportation and park fee but we had to repay the extra $35 per person for the insurance. We were on vacation so we went with it to make the most of our day. Then when we finished we tried to buy pictures and he changed the price 4 different times. At first he said $190, $165, $119 ( we ageees on it) then he changed it again to $190 and then he said pictures only for $130. At that point we were like yall are scamming! The actual activities were fun and the employees were great. The camel employees did not hound us for tips so we left a very generous tip. The atv riding was amazing the employees were great except they hounded my 2 friends for tips when they got off to not go over the bridge. They gave them $40. Then when we came back from the bridge they asked again for an additional tip. We gave them another $60 for which we thought was all 5 people in our group. Not knowing my other 2 friends had already ripped them $40. We don’t mind tipping but don’t like to be hounded. If you book you will enjoy the excursions but just watch out for price changes and price gouging! I do not advise booking thru anyone else either as the price will change. It was worth what we paid but a headache with all the extra money issues.

amazing!!

amazing!!, the animals tour was short but amazing, you had the opportunity to interact and feed birds, bunny's,camoles , see monkeys, iguanas, alligators and etc . . it was an experience, my favorite was the 4 wheeler make sure you choose the automatic option online if not you will be charged $100 for two 4 wheeler (they are easier to use) i went with my husband and we had a blast, not going to lie i was nervous at first but the guide made me feel safe and kept up with me since i was the last one from the group lol, the staff was just amazing!! the bridge was epic!!!!!! please make sure to bring any tips you would like, the people there make their living off our tips. forgot to mention you are allowed to bring your phone in the animal tour and 4 wheeler, they give you about 15mins to take pictures by the beach, you are now allowed to use your phone while using the 4 wheeler unless you are riding with two people in one. make sure to bring sun screen because it will be hot. will rate it a 10/10

Miguel our guide was fantastic

Miguel our guide was fantastic, funny, knowledgable and overall amazing!! Our kids had the best time at WC interacting and learning about all of the animals.
The food in the restaurant is excellent as well. I just wish we'd had more time to hang out afterward at the water park.

Dishonest phone representatives

The phone representative, Wendeline, sold me on park passes and told me that despite my wife not wanting to do the bungee or swing, and my ten year old daughter possibly not weighing enough to do the ride, she assured me the other people in our party could use their bungee/swing passes and that they would just let my 10 year old do the swing and she would be fine as long as she is 10. Turns out she lied straight to me to get me to give her my credit card to confirm our reservation which you can’t back out of, then I showed up to find out none of what she said is true. I then got her on the phone with an employee and she denied ever saying any of this to me. Beyond shady sales tactics.

Mean if you don’t tip and use your phone to take Pictures

The best thing about this place is the zip line . And the worker Alan at the camel ride . He was amazing ! Most of the workers are friendly but if you don’t tip them they’re mean. They literally harass you for tips at the end of each excursion and try to make you feel bad by saying their wages are little to none. They expect $10+ in tip per person. I had the worst experience with the utv tour guy. So you get really dusty on that excursion , I asked if he could use the air to blow some of the dust off (which I seen him do to a couple other people in the previous tour) because I didn’t tip him yet but my friend tipped him, he said it wasn’t enough tip so he wasn’t going to use the air to get the dirt off. I thought that was extremely rude & for that I most likely wouldn’t come back or recommend . & not to mention they tell you if you try to use your own phone to take pictures they’ll kick you out . They do that so you have no choice but to buy the photo package with was $110 . They really over charge people who are tourists.

There should be some changes.

I went here with a group of nine people. I must say we enjoyed ourselves, but there are a few things that they should change or update. Upon arrival, no one breaks down the day. You are pretty much attempting to figure things out on your own. It would be better if they had a better system for keeping up with the activities to ensure the group can complete all activities. We were able to do all but one activity. There was a long wait for the ATV/UTV. It would have been helpful for there to be better communication regarding how long the wait would be. I'm sure we wasted an hour and a half trying to ride them. Each time we asked the host, he continued to say we would be ready in five minutes, but that wasn't the case. Also, they should have it to where you can purchase individual group photos after your visit instead of being forced to purchase a packet for all of the photos. I was informed the only way I would be able to purchase a photo individually after my visit was to return to the facility, which would have been super inconvenient.

Go with a company with modern equipment

The park itself was nice, modern, and the staff was excellent. The ATV tour route was great - beach and bridge. However, the ATV's are WAY TOO OLD AND COMPLICATED, along with a poor turning radius. And there are a lot of turns. I turned and fell over. Then they put me on a double person ATV with my husband. The bridge at the end is really cool, like a roller coaster. But the amateur riders did not listen to the specific instructions given. They said DO NOT stop on the upwards portion of the bridge. We were last in line. Not only did the guy in front of us stop. He used his rear break, popped a wheelie, rolled backward, and we then ran into him and our whole ATV flipped over. So I'm under my 200-pound husband and 500?lb ATV. The staff and medics were quick and helpful (thank goodness). If I was litigious we could easily sued them. As well as the idiot in front of us. Instead, we signed a waiver that I wouldn't sue. They didn't even offer us a refund. I get that things happen. But that was a pretty bad thing. Other recreation companies have far more modern UTV's.

whale sharks in Cabo

Was scheduled for a whale shark adventure n Cabo, booked via Expedia and after getting voucher numbers and everything days later they told us it was sold out. By then the other trip With another company we could have got on was sold out too. There poor service is going to make us mis the whole experience. Would recommend them. If they can’t get scheduling right who knows what else they are poor at.

It was an amazing experience

It was an amazing experience! We didn't purchase the standard Park Pass. We purchased the Monster Ziplining and ATV and we stayed all day at the park. You are required to buy the $20 USD park pass upon arrival even if you have purchased the individual activity online. You can't have your phone with you during the activities, but they provide lockers. You will need to leave an ID with the front desk. Also, they provide free shuttles from and to major hotels in the downtown area.

If you have trouble climbing stairs, Monster Ziplining is not for you! The staff ensures everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience during the entire process. If you love Ziplining, purchase the Monster Ziplining because it gives you access to 8 ziplines. If you purchase the Park pass, it only gives you access to 3 ziplines. The views, the suspension bridge, the ziplines allow you to do it in tandem (some), and the speed are just amazing! Remember, the climbs give you a true cardio workout! (no mask is required. It was too hot)

We took a break in between the activities and enjoyed some drinks and food at the onsite Cantina (forgot the name of the open restaurant).

In the afternoon, we also did the ATV. Be ready to wear your mask (very dusty), goggle, and helmet. The minimum driving age is 18, but if you are 16 and has a driver's permit, they will allow you to drive the ATV with an adult in the back seat. Again, the staff is amazing. They made sure everyone is safe. My kid is a new driver. She had a slow start and the staff stayed behind to assist her. The route is winding, dusty, but the experience of driving on the dry riverbed, to the beach, and lastly driving over the 1000 ft suspension bridge was exhilarating and amazing views.

We highly recommend Wild Canyon! It provides fun family activities and unforgettable memories.

Compare with other parks the day pass…

Compare with other parks the day pass is expensive. More time is need it to complete all the attractions. 6 hrs aren't enough. Other than that it is pretty cool, meeting the camels was amazing and the rides on the four wheelers was great👍.

Don’t miss this!!!

Wonderful place and wonderful people. Very professional and friendly. The food was amazing as well. They take all the extra precautions to keep you safe even during this time of COVID. Highly recommend if your looking for a great day. There is so much to do, pay the few extra bucks and do the park pass, it is worth it and gruels is the better deal.

Great employees!!

My boyfriend lost his wallet and the sweet employees went out of their way to figure out what happened. They took time to look at the security footage which led to us finding out what happened. Professional staff. Will definitely be coming back!’

The experience was awesome initially

The experience was awesome initially. The only issue was that we were not able to complete all of the activities on one day. There was a lot of people that were there that day which prohibited us from completing all the activities. We did however enjoyed the zip lining, ATV/UTV, animal sanctuary, and camel back riding. Maybe next time we will be able to do the bungee swing and swimming pool. Overall it was a good experience and I definitely would do it again.

ATV’s

We’ve been to Wild Canyon a few times throughout the years. This time we visited with some friends (couples trip) and rode some ATV’s to the beach and back ending at the big hanging bridge. The entire experience was a blast, everybody enjoyed it and the staff at Wild Canyon was friendly and efficient. Great experience every time!

Best Experience in Los Cabos

Our experience was excellent and the whole day was very fun!!! Beautiful location with a variety of exciting and fun activities. The day pass is the best value and we recommend it to everyone. One of the best values in Los Cabos! Pay a bit more for professional photos of your visit. Very worth it so you can spend a fun day with minimal worries.
