Total scam will not give you a phone # or an address there is noway to contact them to exchange or return an item

So after weeks and weeks of waiting for my wig, I finally got it and I like the wig but get this! Hair just falls out of it AND they used a fraudulent shipping label paying no shipping. I had to go to my local post office and pay for the shipping AGAIN before I could get it. I have saved all the packaging, all the tags, a copy of my order, the website, everything, all emails from “Mildred”and am going to turn them in to everyone I can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

My wig was ordered on September 8th. I received the wig on October 13th. I contacted their support the same day. I was not happy with the color of the wig and wanted to exchange it for another color. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. They said the color looked good and the wig looked very nice on me. I never sent a picture of me wearing the wig. I tried so many times to get an address to return the wig for another style and color. I was told the wig was made specifically for me and I should try it again. I insisted I wouldn't wear the wig and would like to exchange it. I chose another style and color and they requested I pay $15 for shipping the new wig. I agreed to do it and made the payment right away. Only then, did I get a mailing address in China. It will cost me about $40 to send it back. I said no thanks, I will donate the original wig to the cancer center. I will never do business with them again and ask that you to reconsider when ordering from a random ad on Facebook and specifically from Wigsis. I learned a valuable lesson. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

This is a SCAM. Do Not Order from this Fake business. They send me a totally different wig than what I ordered; I placed my order mid Sept,. 2022: received order a month later, mid October. The picture and description is totally False. I sent an email explaining that they sent me the wrong wig and they try to blame it on shipping/transit, lol. I ordered a full lace wavy wig, they sent a lace front 4” wig that was terrible looking. They will not give you your refund. I emailed back and forth with then for 2- weeks, they never took ownership, never sent my refund. They offered 10% back and for me to keep the wig. You know if they don’t want their own wig back it’s a bad wig. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They are dishonest Poor people/country wanting our money. Don’t Do It!!! Scam, scam, scam!!!

This company is a scam. They sent a wig which is a totally different color. It’s very puffy n they refuse to give me the info to return it! Do NOT but a wig from this place. It’s a scam😡😡😡😡

This company is a complete scam. They sent my mom the wrong wig and refuse to reply to my emails or messages requesting a refund. Do not waste your money. Use Godivas Secret Wigs instead!

I have tried for a month to get a return address from them without success. I also want a full refund which would include an extra $40.00 that they added for unknown reason.
The wig is absolutely horrid. Awful texture, very shiny and has a rusty colour. They claimed this wig was made of real human hair but it rather looks like a Barbie doll hair! I hate it! There is no customer satisfaction at all!

If I had a 0 that is what they would get. This company is a pure scam. I wrote a review last week while I was waiting to hear from them about sending me a return shipping label to return this poor excuse of a wig that they sent me. They sent the wig in an unmarked envelope without any instructions or company name so today I check my messages, I have one from them telling me the instructions for caring for the wig.Really. Lack of instructions does NOT Compensate for that tacky excuse of a wig. I want a Total Refund of my money and I have told them I will continue to post the reviews of my dissatisfaction. It is outrageous that they would even send whatc they sent.They asked pictures,I sent pictures, As if they didn't know what they sent. It is so underhanded. Please Do Not You make the mistake that I and apparently many others have made with this company.

This company is a scam!! They did not send me what I asked for. The part in middle is only 1 inch! Never again!!! I will report them as well to Better Business Borough in my area.

wigsis is a total scam. Sent a wig that is not anything like described and refused to refund despite website stating that they would refund within 14 days. I contact the company as soon as the wig arrived because it did not look anything like the photo and was rendered unusable unless you intend to wear for Halloween. The offered to pay 15% of a $245 wig that I have to throw in the trash. And they will not post negative reviews on their website. The last reviews if you noticed are before 2017. Likely all fake reviews

The product we received looks different from the picture. We requested a return, but it never happened.

This company is a SCAMMING COMPANY! I purchased 2 ponytails in different colors and when they came both ponytails were missing the clips on the lace! (Nothing on the lace at all) I paid 130$ for 2 of these hair pieces and the vital important pieces missing are the clips? SERIOUSLY! I thought oh it shouldn’t be a problem? Right, this company has been trying to scam me for the last two weeks! Won’t send me replacements after sending photos showing the defective pieces and would be returning the defective ones! With a prepaid return label! Won’t give me a prepaid return label to return them! Want me to send them to some overseas address in China somewhere (me PAYING for it) , R U SERIOUS! Keep trying to have me keep them for MORE THEN half what I paid for them AND ME PAY TO HAVE THEM FIXED, they keep 71$ of the 130$ I paid and then me pay to have them fixed! ARE THEY NUTS, they came defective to me BRAND NEW! This is what a scamming company is and what one looks like! I have tried to work with them for weeks but I’m so done and want to warn others just DONT BUY FROM WIGSIS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL SCREW U OVER EVEN WHEN THEY ARE CLEARLY IN THE WRONG! 130$ order sent defective hair pieces and still don’t have my money back! I ordered a wig online, but was not sent the wig I ordered. I sent them pictures and they still claimed it was the one I ordered. They said I could buy another one at half price and keep the one I was sent. I asked for their address so I could exchange it. I needed to pay shipping and handling first. I found that it had to be mailed China. No way. Last offer was buy new one $80.

The wig I received was not the wig I ordered. The photo on your website is actually a wig called "Millie" by Noriko. The wig I received is nothing like the photo.

Now that I have tracked down the real wig, I will see if I can get the real thing from a legitimate vendor, not a poor copy from an internet scammer. If I had read the reviews from others who had their money stolen with no way to get it back, I would never have ordered from you.

Lesson learned. Never order from a company that does not use PayPal. Read reviews first to see if the company is honest and delivers what they promise, not just copies from stolen pictures.

If you have found this site after buying a fake wig, you are not alone. I bought one for my friend overseas who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is devastated. And the wigs where she lives cost thousands of dollars. So I didn't have time to research like I should have. But after getting the horrible fake wig, I emailed them. They first asked for pictures, then said it looks fine and that I should give it a try. Then offered a discount on another wig, and finally gave me half off. I told them what I really thought of their fake cheap wigs and that I would contact my credit card company who would investigate their scam, which I did. Their last email to me was that I could return it to an address in China, which I had known they are from China, calling them out on it in a previous email. I did not reply to that last email. I'm not wasting any more time on them. My credit card company said they will contact them and if they reply (which they usually don't) then the cc company may ask for the email thread. My advice is to appear in emails like you are trying to resolve the issue. I mentioned their return policy and they replied as if to give it to me but pictures were needed. So I have the thread as evidence. I also told the scammers that I would write a review to warn others about their illegal practices. They will not get away with this. If you are reading this before purchasing from their fake site, good for you! If like me you got tricked, it's ok, you're not alone. Don't give up and don't give them a penny! Contact your credit card company to dispute the claim. I wish you all the best!

Huge Scam!! They sent wind chimes, 5 dollar wind chimes and charged me 120.00 for a wig. Run...Their online reviews are bogus!!!

WigSis.com is a scam.

They do not provide what they advertise. The wig I received looked nothing like the photo. You will not get “lace front monofilament top , cap-less, 100% fine human hair , flexible ear tabs, hand tied” . . . NO, YOU WILL GET CHEAP WIG WITH The HORRIBLE PINK CAP . They need to be shut down; why let them continue to misrepresent and cheat people.

I have asked them for the return address or refund for the whole month! They said that they can’t exchange it because it was custom made ( you can buy wig like this one at Value Village). Finally, they agreed to exchange but I would have to pay about $100 for the shipping both ways and handling fees.

This company scammed me out of over 200 hundred dollars already and they wanted me to pay another $100! Plus I can’t be sure if the new wig will be as advertised.

Tried to review the wig on their site, they won't approve negative reviews.
