If I could give a zero star. I would. Do not buy from this company. If I had read these reviews I never would have ordered the wig. The color was wrong. The fit was bad. It looked nothing like the photo which was probably a stock image. I disputed this with PayPal. It may have a lace front but it's like they sewed extensions on in row after row. It's a horrible wig. I will never ever order anything from wig sis again and just try sending this back to China! I'm warning everyone. This is a horrible experience. Never order a wig from China. It's like throwing your money away. Look for a local wig store and go and try theirs on and they may be able to find a wig for you, even if it's not in stock. At least you'll try it on before you buy it. Yes, you'll pay more but you'll get something you can wear rather than something you can't return and just have to throw it away.

Stay away this is a fraudulent company with a stolen brand name and location in China DO NOT buy from them this is serious

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a wig from these people. They will not refund you and send you around in circles to avoid a refund. They acknowledge the error on their part and still refuse to give me a refund.

I would give this company no stars but you can’t. This wig was sent weeks after I ordered it. The wig didn’t look anything like the picture and the color was horrible. I called the company to return it but they would not give me a return address or would they return it. I ordered a petite and they sent me a small it was huge compared to my head size. This wig didn’t have one hair that was human. I wouldn’t wear this wig in public it’s so horrible looking. Save your money it’s like throwing it away shopping in this store.

This company is a scam they will send u a wig worse than the wigs you buy at Halloween they will not refund you they will run you in circles never giving you anything back nor a address to send it back this company took 300 of mine sent me junk be ware !!!!!!!!

They did not send me what I ordered, The style and quality were not the same as the picture. They have refused to send me what I paid for.

I wish I had done more research before ordering. I saw their return policy and dropped my guard and I knew better. So just to clarify they don’t do returns all sales are final because they will refuse to give you any information even when you tell them you will pay the return shipping. They only offer a 20% refund and I keep the wigs that looks nothing like the pictures. Stay away from this site.

Took months to receive. It was an ugly one color blonde wig that I wouldn’t even wear on Halloween. Threw it out. Don’t buy, I don’t know why they are still in business scamming customers. I’m out 117 and they charged $10 shippimgl

The wig I received was cut nothing like the picture.
It took weeks longer to receive it.
Supposedly 100% hand tied human hair. It is NOT human hair.
DO NOT buy from this completely fraudulent company!

This company is a fraud!!! Don't buy anything from them!!! They lie and tell you that your item has been shipped but it really hasn't. Then they try to get you to click on a fake tracking number. Don't fall for it!! I wish I would have done my homework before purchasing. I have filed a complaint with BBB and Paypal.

The wig you select is not what you get. They absolutely will not give you the Full Refund or any refund you deserve. Just keep emailing you to tire you out and give up.

Very expensive lesson !

This company is that of criminals. I put an order in..my bank said they are frauds...so I read 1000 bad reviews. A day later I told them I wanted a full refund and they wont give it to me. Had to call our government and will blast them all over socialmedia.

I received the order but it was not the color I requested. I have been attempting to return it for a refund but they don't provide an address for returns and haven't been able to get a reply from them. It's a rip-off.

Avoid at all costs. I cannot emphasize this enough. The wig I paid hundreds of dollars for is an unusable, poorly constructed, unbelievably nasty excuse for a wig. I wish I could post pictures here to show exactly how disappointing this piece is. AND, if you want to return (which you will) they want you to pay to return it to CHINA. In addition to purchasing a crappy wig, they expect you to pay $30 to return it to them.

Wigsis is an utter scam and it is really disgusting that people will prey on vulnerable cancer sufferers this way, the people running it are evil thieves. They don't have any of the wigs advertised on their site and send you a cheap one that was not what you ordered or paid for. They then give you the run around and try and get more cash out of you. Don't mess around if you've been stung by them just report to your card company.

If I didn't have to, I wouldn't give them the 1 star. I paid $160 for a synthetic wig. Had second thoughts within hours after purchasing it. Tried to cancel, could not because they wanted to keep half. Sent it back to China, where it was manufactured. However, it was shipped from New York, after going back and forth with CS in NY, via PAYPAL. Never received my refund AND they got the item back. Order #TA170609C3040

If I.could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible! These wigs are costume wigs at best, I don't even think I would wear them for costumes they are horrible. You also can't get your money back!

This company is Awful! I ordered a non custom wig and a month later it still has not arrived.
The customer service is Pitiful and tracking is pretty much Non Existent.
I've yet to see the quality as ......I Haven't Received it.

This review for WigSis should be a zero but I have no option but to leave a one star. First of all, please please do not order from this company if you want to avoid all the heartache as a consumer. You will regret ordering from them. I lost practically the money I spent on the wig I ordered. I was not aware of this in the beginning but the company is a Chinese company and you will not find this info on their website. This is where your wig will be shipping from. The return shipping to China is astronomical. You will end up with less than half the money you spent on the wig. The wig I received was not worth $125. It did not look like the picture on their website and the style was completely off. It was basically a cheap quality wig you can get for $20 on Amazon! The business is not in to serving people with high quality wigs. They are in to taking advantage of unaware buyers that are scammed into purchasing and once that happens, there is no way you will get 100% of your money back because you would have spent it all on return shipping leaving you with a worthless unwearable wig. Please thoroughly do your research before buying anything online. If its directly from China, avoid at all cost.
