Wigmore Jones acted quickly and efficiently after our initial enquiry, and and managed to build in a degree of flexibility and open-endedness to our lease which was ideal for our needs. During our tenancy they dealt quickly with issues which arose occasionally, and at the end tidied loose ends with a minimum of fuss. We wholeheartedly recommend their service if you are looking to rent in west London.

During the nine years I spent in London, I experienced the worst with real estate agencies but Wigmore Jones is certainly part of the best ones, if not the best.
All the requests and queries can be managed online and communication has always been easy and open.
When I had to leave London and terminate my tenancy agreement, the smoothness of the process with Wigmore Jones made my move back to Switzerland much easier.
In the future, if I ever move back to London, I know which real estate agency I will contact to find me my new flat.

I asked a simple question of what appliances were in the kitchen (all fully fitted so out of view and not included in the blurb) of a newly listed property. The response was a C&P reply requesting my income, employment history etc. No. Harriet, I just want to know to ascertain IF I am interested or not.

Harriet and her team are highly professional and knowledgable. Being new to London, we were really struggling to find a rental property. Harriet explained the process, gave advise on how to go about finding a place, and ultimately helped us to secure our dream rental within in a very short period of time. Now that we are in the unit, their support and professionalism is extremely good. They have promptly dealt with all our inquiries and maintenance issues, and even one emergency issue. I would highly recommend renting through them.

My partner and I had to leave our previous apartment as the landlords were selling. In the crazy current rental market, after looking for 3 months we still couldn’t find anywhere. We have a special financial situation and Wigmore Jones were the only estate agency that actually took the time to listen to us and work with us to get the flat we wanted. We rent an apartment through Wigmore Jones. The process from calling to moving into the apartment took us one week, which, in my opinion, is a very quick result. A personal thanks to Harriet for being willing to not only do her job but to put in the extra effort: we needed to move urgently and I requested to view the apartment as soon as possible - Wigmore Jones arranged a viewing the same day. In addition, the agency has speeded up the reference check process for us. All this is very valuable.

From viewing the flat, to renting with them - everything has been absolutely superb! Narina is reliable, prompt and super knowledgeable. She deals with any issues in a timely and professional manner.
