Product delivered with wrong type electrical cable, no offer to correct the problem.
I ordered an 800€ home trainer from the FRENCH website wiggle.fr and it was delivered with a UK electrical cable / plug which is not compatible in France and I could not use it during this time of confinement. This problem could have been easily avoided if it were at least written in the product description on the site, which it is not.
I contacted the support team and they told me it was normal because it is a UK company and I should just buy an adapter.
Absolutely unacceptable response for such an expensive product. Either write it in the description (and let the buyer decide) or deliver the product with a 5€ adapter included to avoid negative experiences and comments like this one.

Très mauvais site en cas de problème avec un produit n'espérez pas avoir de réponses précises. Plus de deux mois après le renvoi de mon produit on ne m'a proposé aucune solution et donné aucune information sur l'avancement de ma garantie. Les réponses sont vagues on vous demande d'attendre... Je déconseille vivement!
Very bad site in case of problem with a product do not hope to have precise answers. More than two months after returning my product, I was not offered any solution and no information was given on the progress of my warranty. The answers are vague, we ask you to wait ... I strongly NOT recommand
