...the day the package shipped, Wiggle lowered the price of the item I bought by 50$. This pissed me off a bit.
Other than that, service and speed was great.

I waited on the first order I placed on your website. After 12 days, I finally got it (in a very light packaging!)

I paid for a very special part, unique design. I paid double price compared to normal Thomson Elite SeatPost.
If I pay this price, it’s because I want a nice product.

What did you sent me? A defective seat post with a nice orange sticker wich says “discolored”!!!
Indeed, as you can see on the pictures, the union jack design is damaged on several locations.


I never got any information that the product I will have will be a damaged product.
I am very disappointed, very very angry about you and your website. No doubt why you are not number one!

So Please send me a NEW Seat Post, in Express delivery, to the following address.
You can also manage a pick up of the first parcel at same address.

Very helpful and efficient, I rarely buy from another site when it comes to swimming and cycling gear

My out front mount arrived within a week posted by wiggle from England to France through the wiggle.fr website. The mount is superb and about half the price of similar sites in France. Wiggle is great, efficient and good value.

Happy with my running shoes. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. Will be using Wiggle again!

The bike may seem a little on the heavy side on paper but it offers a really comfortable ride and races through even heavy mud . Would definitely reccommend it !

I now live in France and wiggle will be my first choise for anything cycling. Oh and the prices are very competitive as well.

Everything was s simple - from ordering and paying on-line to the delivery well within the stated time-frame. The product description was perfect - the pedals fitted my shoe cleats but even if they hadn't, the appropriate cleats were supplied! Very satisfied with the whole experience.
