This company is in China, they offer 100% refund but you cannot get the goods back to them, I tried, cost me a fortune, customs rejected it and sent it all the way back to me, I will not be paying any duties as I told the courier to dispose of the goods. They do NOT issue a refund and keep offering you discounted goods as an alternative. Quality of the goods is rubbish too.
The worst wig company I’ve ever ordered from. Received wig with huge seam down middle of crown. Returned it and paid for shipping both ways. Wigbuy wanted me to keep the wig and they would give me $15, but I told him the wig was completely unwearable. Said they would give me a $60 refund when I returned it, which is what I paid, after they receive the wig. They actually refunded $30 without explanation. I will never never never use this company again. Beware!
