Able to put these trainers on straight away and take a long walk without having to worry about them giving me blisters. I have size 9 very wide feet, these fit me perfectly. Arrived in 2 days. So glad I decided to order from wide fit shoes. And they have a good selection of shoes.

I am thrilled that you are now carrying extra wide for women. I had resorted to buying men's New Balance in 6E which aren't terribly comfortable. I should probably have ordered a size up but the next size was unavailable and the box they came in was so beat up I couldn't have sent them back in it to exchange. There is a surprising lack of arch support in the shoes I just ordered. So, thank you for helping those of us with massive bunions.

Disappointing Customer Service
Had a pair of NB 880 Trainers where the lace tab fell apart after 4 months of light use. They are my second pair, the previous ones are still going strong after 2 years! Expecting it to be a manufacturing issue, I contacted Wide Fit Shoes to discuss.
I found that Customer Service is non-existent. Ended up with an AI chatbot (Gemma) who promised me a ‘human team mate’ would discuss the problem - of course no one emailed or called, simply reaffirming their 30 day limited ‘guarantee’. Very disappointed as it’s the third time I’ve ordered from this company and had no issues. Ordering & delivery was fine...not so when dealing with issues.
Buyer Beware would be my watchword.
Update 19/7/2026: I look forward to hearing from customer service as promised.
20/8/2026: I’m pleased to say that I’ve since been contacted by WFS. They have agreed to replace the trainers and apologised for the poor customer service.
Once dealing with a person, they were very efficient indeed. It’s restored my faith in the company and deserve more than the two stars.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and…
I ordered a pair of shoes online and after 3 days there was no notification of despatch. After 3 phone calls I was promised next day delivery. Next day I had received no despatch email so I phoned again and was told they would investigate and get back to me. I then asked the Lady to check if these shoes were actually in stock. The answer came back negative! Now awaiting a refund. I will never use this company again.
