Very poor customer service from Staff in Salisbury.
The girl at the till litterally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to find tiles.
I wandered aimlessly for 15-20 minutes until I finally found a staff member who could help, no one around, and being totally ignored by two girls at the till who saw me wandering around, they justs tood there chatting.
Even worse experience with the same girl at the till when I came back to return some gods, no hello, no thank you, just msierable face and annjoyed extremely rude. She made me .I dont visiti these stores often and I am not a trades person, so I do need help to find the right items, I did not have that in Wickes in Salisbury.
I then had to buy some stuff for my bathroom, but literally felt to anxious to go there and ask questions so went to another store instead.

extremely unhelpful staff, young girl at the counter literaly rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to choose tiles. Wandered around for good 20 minutes before I found someone who was able to help, that young lady has a great skill to make people feel unwelcomed.
looks like they dont udnerstand that some of us are not spending our days in shops like these and we do need help in choosing right items.
I got the same reaction when I came in to return and exchange an item, again no help whatsoever from anyone to find the right tap and materials. I felt unwelcomed and aweful for being there.

After weeks of research and speaking with several kitchen companies and designers, we decided to work with Emma Robson at Wickes – Salisbury City, and we’re really glad we did.
While the final design wasn’t quite as high spec as some other providers we explored, Emma more than made up for it with her professionalism, non-salesy approach, and a great balance of creative and practical design ideas. We never felt rushed and genuinely felt she was as invested in our new kitchen as we were.
Highly recommend speaking with Emma if you’re considering a kitchen through Wickes Salisbury.

When we first came in to look at kitchens the gentleman we spoke to gave us all the relevant information we needed to go away and decide on what we wanted and made us an appointment to have kitchen designed by Emma Robson.
At the appointment she listened to what we required and budget then gave us ideas of where and how to design it coming up with a lovely plan within budget. Explained everything to us as we went along. Gave us time to ensure we had everything we wanted and thoroughly went through the project/order with us to ensure all was correct and we were happy. Feel confident we the service

An absolute shambles of a company
If i could give less stars i would.
Naturally everything went to plan before we signed the dotted line.
We were advised on placement of the kitchen instore in November 24 that instalment would take place in January of 25. January came and went, no communication from Wickes. We then went in store to find out what was going on, and were told one of their fitting consultants would be in touch. End of February came round and we finally had some communication from them that a fitter would be in contact within 14 days. Fitter communicated with us 21 days laters, did the home visit for final fitting and we were given the date of the 21st April for start of installation.
GREAT, finally.... the kitchen was delivered on the 17th April ready to start, we arranged all the relevant time off of work to accomodate this.
21st April came round... no fitter... we called numerous times from the original number we had used to make contact.. no response. We finally caller using my husbands phone, surprise surprise the fitter answered. We asked what was going on and was told he was to busy and couldn't do the work.
Suffice to say we were livid that we hadn't been informed, but were accepting as we contacted the customer care team to find out why there was a breakdown in communication. We then were passed from pillar to post for the next 2 months (while the kitchen was sat in our conservatory) by end of June as you can imagine absolutely fed up with the situation, that i researched and found the CEO of wickes email and contacted him directly. Funnily enough within 24hrs we recieved a call from their executive office attempting to resolve our problem. They looked into this, and we were then told another fitter had been allocated but it wouldn't be until the end of October. Now no trust about what we were being told i asked for this in writing and what would the compensation be for such atrocious customer care. They never responded with written confirmation, and that we couldn't discuss compensation until the fitting had been completed (WHAT?!)
With that i asked them to cancel the order and and uplift the kitchen immediately. Start of August came and nothing, we reached out again, with a response of we can up lift the kitchen end of september to the start of August.
The care we have received is absolutely appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.
Use Howdens, they have the same unit suppliers as Wickes

Vicky was absolutely brilliant at understanding and visualising our dream kitchen, we had a lot of quirks which made it challenging but she came up with suggestions that we didn’t even think of, now the kitchen is finished thanks to our amazing wickes contractor who Vicky sorted for us, we are beyond happy with the result. From the very beginning Vicky and the team helped us to deliver our dreams. I’d highly recommend her and Simon Levens our contractor for your next Wickes kitchen.

This was initial apt at home to look at my needs for the planning of a new bathroom. Easy to book apt on line at a time suitable for me. The lady phoned prior to the appt to confirm and have a brief discussion about what I was considering with my bathroom.
Arrived on time, very professional and easy to talk too. Discussed the plans and research I have done in to planning my bathroom. She gave advice and knowledge on products and explained how WICKs work . We booked second apt to go to the office to see the first plan of what my bathroom could look like with the changes. She was very helpful .

Sooooo frustrated. Will never spend this kind of money with Wicks again. £1500 on a few units for the utility, first delivery was missing an item. one of the other items was damaged in a visible place. missing unit turned up four days later in a wet damaged box with a wet damaged wall unit, we sent it back. told we would be called back - no one called. noone wants to pick up the original damaged unit, Still waiting for missing units, given a £4 delivery charge refund for our trouble… come on wicks this is shocking service.

Unfortunately part of my original online order was missing from 3x boxes from some circa. 15 boxes delivered - (turns out to be the responsibility of the courier TBC) - However once notified - Betty at Wickes central helpline and Peter at Salisbury Wickes solved everything perfectly in record time !
