I ordered shelves and brackets on line on 1st june 2026 for delivery on 03/06/2026 online it said everything was in stock this was wickes Perth Scotland .I was called on Wednesday 03\06 to be told they could not fill the order as they were short of stock and my delivery would only be on 10/06.OK i was promised delivery between 1300 and 1700hrs no phone call,i went out at 1815 and left instructions for delivery to my neighbor.I returned at 2115 to find everything left outside and my note still very visable.

Having recently moved to Perth I’d found B&Q and found it exhausting. Came across Wickes in Perth and found it so much easier with friendly, helpful staff. In particular, Stephen, who was able to advise, assist and do it with such a pleasant attitude. He’s such a credit to the company.

My experience in the Perth store was made great due to an outstanding design consultant named Paul. The knowledge displayed, professionalism, kindness, caring and efficiency were outstanding. Paul went above and beyond to help myself and my husband to design and buy our new bathroom. Paul is a fabulous asset to Wicks, I know that we will be regular customers moving forward 😁

I asked advice from Steven and he could not have been more helpful. He pulled the trolley along, checked online about the kind of sand I needed for the job my husband is about to do, put the heavy sand on the trolley and again took charge of the trolley whilst we went to get the Teak Oil I wanted. Thereafter we went to the checkout and he efficiently served me and then, without hesitation he wheeled the trolley to my car and carefully transferred the sand.

We bought slabs, sand and cement for a garden project over two visits to the Perth store and was served by Stephen. We were very happy with the service received as Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and arranged the delivery. On the second visit to buy 5 extra slabs Stephen was very helpful and went through slabs to ensure they all matched and lifted them into the car. Stephen is definitely an asset to Wicks.

I went to my local Wickes to get an item for my garden. I didn’t know the location in store to find it and spotted staff member Steven at the checkout till. He was very pleasant and told me which aisle to go to. It was around 6.30pm and store was quiet for a change. On my way to the aisle I was distracted by other items I might use in the near future and then I couldn’t remember the aisle number, an age thing! Steven saw my predicament and kindly came and led me to the correct aisle, then went and found the item and carried it to the checkout . I have used Wickes stores many times and always find the staff friendly and helpful but Steven went above and beyond. Thank you.

I had arrived to a warm smile from the colleagues at the till. After looking around for a minute or so the cashier approached me asking if I needed any help. Which on this occasion I actually did. Escorting me up to isle and pointing out the exact item I had asked for. The same colleague then served me on the till. Steven/Stephen was incredibly attentive to my needs. His awareness and friendly attitude came across naturally. A true asset to your operation.

I recently took on my first major DIY project and headed to Wickes with a long, intimidating list of materials. As a total beginner, I was bracing for a stressful experience, but the service I received was nothing short of exceptional.

Needed a lot of help with worktops up rights sink and tap Edyta was super helpful and helped organise it all for me
She is a credit to your store.

Utter usless. Book a delivery date and only part order comes. Who had the good idea to send rest of delivery out to royal mail. What a joke. I have used wickes for many items for my buisness over the years and oh my god how i have watched it fall to bits. No wonder your stores are empty of tradies . Do the weekend diyers kerp you afloat.🤣🤣
