My wife and I went to wickes for a quote expecting high pressure to buy, nothing could be further fron the truth, we sat down had a chat and designed OUR kitchen not wickes, nothing but help and can do, price was great. Gary was more than a pleasure to deal with and fantastic advice, we got what we wanted at a price we loved, if you dont go to see Gary your making a big mistake, thanks for everything

Ruth from the Nuneaton branch was very helpful in our design for our bathroom. She managed to get it all done from measurements of the bathroom to design all in 24 hours. Cant recommend enough

I am really pleased with our new kitchen from Wickes.
From day 1 Ruth was very helpful. The design she created was brilliant. She was more than happy to adjust this on a number of occasions to meet my budget.
A few snags along the way with missing items but Ruth got these reordered and delivered on time for the kitchen fitters.
Great communication throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended:)

Gary was amazing. His honest, professional and friendly approach resulted in us getting the kitchen of our dreams booked there and then. He designed our perfect kitchen and gave the best advice and price he could possibly manage. I would highly recommend Gary when booking your consultation. I feel confident that issues going forward he is there to support. Fingers crossed there aren’t any!

From the 1st visit Marika was absolutely brilliant. She did a great design and was very accommodating when we wanted to make a couple of tweaks. Delivery team were very good and when we had a couple of bits left over the other staff in the kitchen department were very helpful and sorted a refund with no issues

Great experience so far - just waiting for it to be fitted! Ruth Burman-De Souza was great at taking the time to go through everything in detail with us, especially as it is a big project with lots going on!

Gary my kitchen designer and the man who fitted my kitchen Pete are fantastic , actual Wickes is a bloody nightmare to navigate but the actual people make it alot easier , Gary has always taken everything I say and had an idea, a plan or will just get the ball rolling and Pete is a genuine pleasure to have in the house a real big soft guy who's hard working , on time and pleasant to actually have in the house when he is working you can feel at ease with him around and his support staff .

The way Wickes as a company have been honestly I do not know if it's worth the hassle, especially if you find planning and phone calls stressful.

Just had a kitchen re fit so quick and careful installation Pete and his crew were amazing kept me informed each day as to progress

From first visit to look at kitchens through to completion a really good experience. Gary in the showroom led us through the process expertly, all deliveries on time and MGH Kitchens, the installation team, listened and acted upon everything we asked for. We had never used Wickes before but on the basis of our experience we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service provided by Gary, thank you very much! From coming to our home, listening to our ideas and giving advice on what would work. Completing the design; the visit in store and giving recommendations. He has talked us through each aspect from the beginning and now we are very much looking forward to the end product. Brilliant service provided by Gary. He came out and measured, listened to what we wanted and designed the kitchen.
Any changes we wanted were done without a problem and even with 2 kids in tow the design appointment couldn’t have been easier!
Can’t wait to have our new kitchen fitted now!

This is the second time Wickes have donated items to Oak Wood School to help pupils to experience practical skills. 100 bricks and 3 tubs of tile adhesive / grout. We are very grateful for your support!

Brilliant service by Gary and very knowledgeable aswell talked us through each stage of our new kitchen. We didn't feel pressured into buying with him at any stage not like with a lot of other stores. Would recommend him and definitely use again!
