This morning
This morning, I went to Merton Wickes store, and as I had many items to order, I needed help in placing the orders online. I approached one of the staff named Mark, nervously asked him if I could ask for his assistance and he instantly without any hesitation, started to take my orders one by one, with lot of patience as I was a bit slow giving the product codes. In the end all went well, Mark informed me of the delivery date & the total amount due, took me to the Till and I then made the payment. I must say that Mark was very proficient, courteous and Mark went well beyond his duty to ensure that all my needs were met. A big Thank you to Mark.

Friendly and helpful
Bought some gravel board today. As what I wanted was not on display, manager Mark offered to check in the storage yard and then arranged for it to brought from there. Very helpful and friendly service from him and the rest of the team. Have bought loads of stuff from this branch over the years and have always found the staff in store to be really helpful. Really disappointed to hear it will be closing in a few weeks. I'm sure it'll be greatly missed by lots of people in the local area.
