Wickes - Luton Reviews 

I had a really positive experience at Wickes Luton, thanks in particular to Emily, one of the shopping assistants. She was attentive, friendly and incredibly efficient. She took the time to understand what I needed, was quick to help, and made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

It’s refreshing to receive such genuinely helpful customer service. Emily was professional, approachable and a real credit to the Wickes team. I’d happily recommend the store based on this experience.

Hi I’m Shane, I just quickly popped into Wickes for a home diy job. I asked Karen for help at the Luton store and she was great help. Friendly, well mannered, professional and easy to talk to.

Me and my dad attended Wickes, Gypsy Lane to buy stuff for a bathroom. The staff member Arzoo was very helpful and kind and her customer service was good! :)

Emily and Arzoo were both lovely staff and both very helpful. Emily was especially knowledgeable on the paint mixing service.
My partner and I were experiencing a challenge in getting the paint we wanted at a reasonable price. Emily was fabulous. She was kind helpful and I was delighted that she was able to help us. Let me add that this was at the end of the day past 5pm and both lovely ladies smiled and were consistently helpful and they interacted beautifully with myself and my partner.

They are both a credit to the Wickes family.

I ordered click and collect, and asked a member of staff where to collect and he told me to wait in the check out queue. I then waited in the queue and when it became my turn, I said I am there to collect my item and the colleague (Caucasian male at Gypsy Lane retail park, Luton) told me to wait until he finished serving all the customers behind me. This is unacceptable service from wickes as I followed instructions and expect to be served in a timely manner just like any other customer.

We had wonderful Mya helping us design our kitchen. I can not thank her enough making this process easy and enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted, had great ideas to accommodate the design I wanted. She is professional, friendly and really really good in her job. Mya is real gem and Wickes is lucky to have her. Thank you Mya 😁

Went to the Luton branch last week trying to sort out paint mixes and we came across some complications with the colour and type of paint. We had help from a young women called Abi and she was extremely helpful and patient with us doing everything we can to help us finalise everything.

I want to rate my delivery driver AJ who went the extra mile. I had many bags of heavy compost delivered and he so kindly placed them in my back garden so I didn’t have to struggle with their weight. He was a very friendly, helpful and professional delivery driver. Thank you AJ

It was great having Mya as my design consultant who helped me with my kitchen. She was patient and professional and advised me on the best options for my requirements, I would most definitely recommend her to anyone.

Emily was fantastic at helping me choose the right colour for my walls. She was altontraining one of the staff on how to use the paint mixer machine and was very good at doing so, explaining everything and reasons why during each step. I normally dont leave reviews but her customer service was excellent. Thank you Emily

Just purchased some paint in wickes Luton, we were served by Emily who was very helpful, enthusiastic and clearly cared about making sure customer service was to the highest standard.

In regards to the staff member Brett, he is a credit to the Luton store with such a bright future with the positive attitude he has. He doesn’t shy away from helping and always has such a can do attitude towards customers and other staff
