Met on the day by Dave who showed me where the items required were, recommended best value items to take, fetched me a trolley & posed for a quick PR shot at the end. Helpful staff member
Gordon served us today. He was very cheerful and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the product (wall tiles in clearance) and allayed some of our concerns. He helped us load these heavy packs of tiles into our car - this was appreciated by my disabled husband.

My local school was given a grant for…
My local school was given a grant for some tools for the pupils to start woodworking lessons. I picked them up within days of asking and the pupils were learning with them by the end of the week. I have used Wickes personally too and recommend the wonderful service given to us.

Just been in to the South Wigston store…
Just been in to the South Wigston store and had some great help from Gordon at the till he went out of his way to get me another tin of paint from stock which involved him having to get a pallet down on a forklift truck. Gordon is a top man and his customer service skills are second to none. Thank you Gordon, Wickes are lucky to have you on their staff.

Shopped for an item which wasn't in stock but was told where I could buy it, polite and helpful.Assisted in finding other items in the large store. At the checkout Rash was efficient, polite and his attention was totally on my experience rather than making me feel I was just another faceless customer.

Fantastic service, was potentially going to be a nightmare as I ordered 2 doors in the wrong size and needed to return them. Leigh who i spoke to me saw me in the carpark and straight away knew it was me and pointed me in the wrong direction to Warren tge manager who made the return and reorder a really smooth transaction.
