Wickes - Hanger Lane Reviews

I much prefer the Hanger Lane store since it’s had its update. Hadz is always helpful and cheerful too.

The store had everything I needed and staff very helpful.

Hedz helped with a few things which was really appreciated 👍🏻

I had a wonderful end to end experience with Steph at the Hanger Lane Wickes store. I needed to buy bathroom tiles for a house renovation and being disabled with back surgery i cannot lift anything at all. Steph was more than happy to help put the tiles on the trolley for me and put them also in my car boot! This was extremely life saving help from Steph! I really appreciate this support! Thank you Steph for being an amazing human being with a lovely smile! Thanks from Talha!

Bev was very, very helpful, cheery and a pleasure to meet. She helped me with my enquiry and was generous with her helpful comments. Her customer relations were excellent. Thank you Bev

We had to change our delivery dates on the tiles too many times as the builder was on holiday and the works were stalled, But the manager Ali was exceptional as he went out of his was to help us reschedule our delivery date on 3 occasion. He was very courteous, polite and professional. Great to have a manager like him.

The service from Pam was excellent. She was so helpful and gave me some really information and was very knowledgeable about the products available.

My many thanks to Michelle and Steff at the Hanger Lane Wickes. They were both very helpful in getting the product needed in a very timely manner. Both staff members were friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work and we will return to shop at Wickes.

The staff named Seema was great serviced when I was in the store few days ago, I'm very happy to attend again in Hanger Lane brunch.
Thank you Seema.

Customer service was very good from the lady called Haida, she was helpful and 267868 service.

Jada at Hanger Lane Wickes was so helpful today while we were trying to find some items for moving a socket. She was really patient and answered all of our questions while smiling the whole way through. Amazing customer service! Thanks Jada :)

I recently renovated my kitchen/bathroom with Wickes over at Hangar lane, and I am so pleased with the results. My design consultant Ann was always willing to help, and was very attentive to the vibe we were going for. Generally an excellent service! Thank you again!!

I had a fantastic experience at Wickes Hanger Lane thanks to Hadia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her product knowledge and willingness to assist made my visit quick, easy, and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such excellent customer service, and Hadia is a real credit to the team. I’ll definitely be returning to this branch and highly recommend asking for her if you need any help!

Very good customer service. All staff are very helpful, a special mention for Hadz who is very friendly and approachable. Prices are fair and worth it 👍🏻

Amazing customer support throughout all staff.
I would like to mention Hedz for all the support given while shopping at Wickes Hanger Lane.

I came in looking for a particular type of sand, and needed help, I approached Primrose, who was as delightful as her name! She took me to the sand area, she tried to find the one I needed, when it wasn't there, she took the product code, and tried to search for it on the computer, and find me an alternative store, that I could go to, when I told her I wouldn't be going to an alternative store, she then helped me find an alternative sand for my needs, which worked for me really well, and I bought two bags, she also offered me a trolley. She was lovely!

I was really impressed with Michal Asid who was our designer at your Wickes Hager Lane branch, I can just say that he was very profession and knowledgable. I was fascinated by how quickly and accurately he designed my kitchen for me. I was so pleased I then decided that I would add a further two purchases of bathrooms with installation through Michal. His follow up since my purchase has been fantastic and the after sales has been prompt and very helpful. I cannot recommend him highly enough to his future customer, he is certainly in the right job.

The kitchen designer is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The sales staff was amazing told me where to go exactly to look for what i wanted i couldn't decide and she helped me make my chioce.
