1st visit, Went in for a 3m worktop, top one was damaged so I needed the one below, I was on my own and needed help, also it was too big and heavy for 1 man, the staff made it obvious they weren't keen to help me.
2nd visit told the goods I wanted weren't a stocked item but curiosity got the better of me, so I found what I required fortunately (I didn't fancy driving to another merchants because of traffic) Value £136.00
3rd Visit I was returning kit, I asked nicely is there a dedicated returns desk. The member of staff muttered 2 words "till point" didn't look up just pointed so I went to where I was told to go, got the goods refunded and then told you'll have to put it on the trolly its too heavy for me. The staff very much like marmite, some brilliant some awful. I'm not financially driven, service floats my boat, don't think I'll return unless locationally I'm stuck and have to.

Brett designed our complete bathroom renovation and we are delighted with the results. He came up with a complete reconfiguration that we never would have thought of and Rob installed it perfectly. The quality and finish are exceptional. We would definitely recommend using them!

Designer was on time and very helpful with explaining etc. We now visiting wicks next week to see the plan

Brett could not have been more helpful with our kitchen design, during the home visit and this morning in store. It was a pleasure dealing with him. And we got the call to arrange delivery of the units before we'd even got home. Fantastic service.

I had a guttering leak and I asked for help on some products. Ion (?) was so helpful, took me around to 3 separate aisles and explained what each product would be good for and how it would help. It's rare to get that type of supportive information and help when you are already on DIY overload. What I bought on his recommendation did the trick as today it is pouring down with rain.......and there are no leaks. Thank you!

I went into the store today and was served by a lovely lady called Kerry. She was very knowledgeable of what I needed and made sure i had the correct equipment (I’m not very DIY savvy).

Excellent store I always get what I need there and the staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I returned some items today for a refund and also bought additional goods. The shop assistant was called Tara and dealt with my situation very effectively.

I had an excellent experience in store. I was served by a lady called Tara, who was exceptionally polite and helpful. I wasn't sure what it was exactly that I needed, and she was able to guide me and give me advice. She is a credit to the team and to the store!

Not much of a DIY person so I had to ask for help, a lovely girl called Tara answered all my questions and recommended me exactly what I needed and made the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable.

Always had good experiences visiting Wickes in Fareham. Staff very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Rachel was extremely helpful on my last visit helping me locate the correct screws I required for a project!

Friendly and professional staff, nothing is too much to ask. Good range of stock and the staff have good knowledge. Store is clean and well stocked.
