I am a regular in this Wickes and every time I come here these guys are very welcoming, Viv always help me to find the items I need, we always have a good chit chat, she is the best.

We had a fantastic experience with our Wickes kitchen designer. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what we wanted and offered great ideas and practical advice to help us get the most out of our space.

We particularly appreciated her taking the time to visit our home and properly measure up. This gave us confidence that everything had been carefully considered and that the design would work perfectly within our space.

We really appreciated her attention to detail, patience and willingness to go through everything with us. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we always felt listened to and well looked after throughout the design process.

We’re really pleased with our kitchen design and would happily recommend our Wickes kitchen designer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely caring service. Thank you for making the whole experience so enjoyable!

Needed a few garden and plumbing items so looked around. Had trouble finding one item and asked Vivi who was most polite and helpful. She has good knowledge of the supplies and even suggested alternative items as mine was out of stock. Very happy with the reduced items I did purchase and Vivi's chat and kindness.

I happened to visit wickes in Croydon last week. I had a few questions regarding my new kitchen and was lucky enough to speak with Ria. She was incredibly kind, helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

Ria took the time to explain everything in great detail and made sure I understood all the options available to me. She was very knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Just want to appreciate and thank Ria for her help and support it was greatly appreciated!

I have been liaising with Michael Poulton at Wickes Croydon for the past few months with regards to providing a quotation to supply & fit a complete new kitchen. At first Michael came to my property to measure up and then subsequently at a later date I went for an in-store planning, designing and quotation. Since my initial meeting with Michael, I have had several subsequent numerous visits to the store and at each time Michael has been extremely patient and professional and that too willing to see me at any time without any prior appointments. Michael has always been very helpful & never hesitates to provide as many different quotations whenever requested to do so,

The consultant, Michael, was great from start to finish. The epitome of courtesy and politeness. He was very reassuring and keen to understand my vision for the kitchen. After the visit, the satff made several attempts to book follow up, but unfortunately I was not able to attend any of those. They advised me to book when I was ready, which I really appreciated. On the day of the appointment, I received the initial drawings; tbh there wasn't much to tweak, there. I loved the design. At the store appointment, Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me and explained the technical aspects patiently. Michael tweaked the drawings, and when we hit a snag, as one of the units was no longer available, he worked out a solution to give me the result I sought. He is clearly very experienced and understands the product, I highly recommend him.

Wonderful experience with our consultant Influence - he helped us design our new kitchen and bathroom after an extensive home visit. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend!

Have used the Croydon store on a number of occasions and found the staff and manager most helpful and knowledgeable.

Today, as I popped in the Croydon branch as I do.. I was a little confused with an item Wanted to purchased. With the help of one of your helpful sales assistants there a cheerful lady called ViV. She took the time to talk to me and help me with me query on this item.. I appreciated the time she took to explain this to me in detail. Much appreciated Viv and Wicks.

When to store to get some paint and Viv has help so much, I’ve ended up getting everything I needed and some of the other things I didn’t even think I needed, thanks Viv 🫶🫶
