We recently had our new kitchen completed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Rosey was fantastic from the very beginning – she was incredibly patient, really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from my kitchen, and came up with some great suggestions that improved the overall design. She made the entire process feel stress-free and genuinely enjoyable.
Kenan from Kenan’s Kitchens was our project manager and installer, and alongside his colleague Mo, they created a dream kitchen for us. The workmanship was outstanding, and their professionalism was excellent throughout. Kenan was a great problem solver, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I’ve dealt with some frustrating companies over the years, but Wickes have managed to set a new low, not just in terms of service but basic human decency.
The issue itself should have been simple. The kitchen doors are delaminating, which is clearly a product fault and something that should be covered under warranty. The complication is that the property was inherited through a sale.
Instead of approaching this with even a shred of understanding, Wickes chose to hide behind process and paperwork. At one point they actually insisted that the deceased previous owner needed to authorise the warranty claim. Let that sink in. A company genuinely expecting a dead person to sign something off.
Even after this was explained repeatedly, there was no flexibility, no escalation and no attempt to apply any common sense. They simply closed the ticket without a second thought of the impact this has on the household.
Just rigid, scripted responses and a complete unwillingness to acknowledge the situation for what it is.
To make matters worse, they’ve then managed to wriggle out of it on a technicality via the ombudsman.
So not only do you get poor product quality and I also had to re-plumb every item connected to water, including taps, flexis and drainage (being qualified to do so), you also get a company that will do everything possible to avoid standing behind their warranty, even in circumstances where a bit of basic empathy would go a long way.
The doors are failing. The warranty should cover it. Instead, Wickes have chosen to prioritise loopholes over doing the right thing.
This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s a complete lack of accountability and compassion. For that reason I won’t be spending another penny with Wickes, even if it means paying more elsewhere. I’d rather pay extra than deal with a company that behaves like this when something goes wrong. At great expense I now need to order new custom built doors because Wickes don't use standard sizing like the rest of the industry.
If you’re considering a Wickes kitchen, ask yourself one question. If something goes wrong, do you trust them to actually help you? Based on this experience, the answer is a very firm no.

I was keen to have kitchen earlier than expected time frame and to my surprise I recieved a call about bringing it forward a week, Super happy!
My consultant Jade Mulvey was exceptional, a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady, I made a few changes which she sorted promptly and when a few items had issues she sorted it straight away and kept me informed constantly. Every company should have a Jade!
Contemplating my bathroom next, I know exactly who to talk to. Well done!

I have just had a kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes Coventry. I highly recommend Jade Mulvey Design Consultant Coventry - she was outstanding in her design which is perfect for what i wanted, her suggestions were spot on and her patience was unlimited with my changes. She was always very quick to respond to emails and queries (even on her days off) and always greeted me with a smile even though i had made yet another change. Honestly i cannot recommend her enough if you want a new kitchen designed. My fitters were K P Carpentry, Kris and Saul who too were absolutley outstanding in their workmanship and work ethic and their fitting was to a really high standard and i would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get a kitchen fitted.

Our 'delight' experience started with design consultant Kerry Stewart. She explored various solutions, including creating space by changing the direction of the bathroom door.
The work took a week and was expertly overseen start to finish by Liam (our Project Manager). Communication was very good throughout. As ever there were a few snags, and minimal change on installation, all handled well and quickly. We used to have a bath and shower. We now have a modern quality walk in shower, vanity and basin unit. My wife and I would highly recommend Wickes.

Rude or very blunt staff.
The man on the till aged late 50’s is very blunt & unhelpful. Did witness the same reaction with other customers.
There’s a lady on the shop
Floor that has a very bad attitude that shouldn’t actually be facing customers.
Apart from that the shop is badly laid out. Quite hard to find things compared to how it used to be.
I’ve been shopping at wickes for 30 plus years & it’s not how it used to be. There are some very helpful staff that will go out of the way to help, just a shame the others let the place down & will be shopping more at other home improvement stores in the future.

Booked an appointment for new kitchen cabinets and appliances Rosey who was our kitchen planner was lovely very helpful and did our plan and booked our kitchen to be delivered took us just over 2 hours spent the best part of 3 thousand pounds to go back today to pick tiles came home to a letter from G4 saying because we stayed over one hour thirty minutes we now have a parking fine of £60 if paid in 14 days or £100 think this is disgraceful that you were a customer who was spending that amount of money and charge you that well tomorrow I’m back at Wickes called into Wickes today and the nice assistant manager sorted this out for us so Thankyou for that it was just a shock apparently because people park there and go into town to go shopping so don’t have to pay for parking is why this is in place and we should of been told they have a barcode that can be scanned if you have proof that you are a genuine customer thanks again wickes sorry about misunderstanding

Received my order today, timber very damp and two pieces are damaged,
I rang Coventry wickes ,I was put through to a very obstructive chap telling me that it had rained and that is why my wood was wet , couldn't tell me when it did rain because he is not a weatherman, then told me that a collection and delivery could not be done because it had gone past 12.00 midday, I live 45 minutes away. The new delivery will now be tomorrow but as I was about to ask for an early time am he slammed the phone down on me.
This is not the customer care I am used to and he certainly needs to go back to charm school.
Very satisfied with the Rugby branch but they could not supply my needs this time, I even asked for an extra length of timer to be thrown in as an inconvenience to me was caused

Jade, our designer, was really informative and accommodating, made sure we understood key steps of the process and regularly checked in with us regarding the kitchen we purchased.
We thought the kitchen was great value for both the product and installation and all issues raised during the process (only
minor for missing items or ones requiring exchange) were handled quickly and with professionalism.
Our kitchen was fitted through Kenan’s Kitchens and they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us even during some more stressful moments caused by the delivery.
Would recommend both highly and will be considering Wickes again for future renovations for our bathroom etc
