A huge thank you to Lou at the Christchurch Wickes who planned our bathroom. We had a home visit, I visited the store twice to discuss options and process our payment, and nothing was too much trouble for Lou. She was highly professional yet incredibly friendly and made the process fun. It has been excellent customer service from Lou.
I'm looking forward to seeing all the beautiful items I've ordered in situ when the bathroom is installed.

We went to Wickes when we wanted to update our bathroom. Our designer was very helpful with suggestions as well as listening to our ideas.
Customer services could not be more helpful and friendly when we spoke to them regarding delivery of things.
We did have one problem, after fitting, with the sink blocking, and the fitters came back immediately to fix the problem.
All in all our experience with Wickes was very good. All staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful.

Louise was amazing, always friendly and available to answer all my questions no matter how many times I asked them. Louise was very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn’t in my space, accommodating my need for curved cupboards.

We're in the process of renovating our bungalow we've recently bought and are over the moon with the service, design & finished product, handled by lou@christchurch. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented, which showed through her passion for wanting to achieve our dream kitchen, which she has over-excelled in doing! Remodel of kitchen and bathrooms
We have been working with Laura Martin, she helped design a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. She understood our requirements and modelled all the rooms within a few days of visiting our house, using our selection of products with some alternative suggestions to better fit the design.
I can only say how great our experience has been and we have now placed our order. Thankyou.

Top notch.
We have never had any problems with Wickes over the years. All items we needed we have always purchased at Wickes, if we needed help the staff are top notch, polite , friendly, and always willing to help. Also best of all we have a little dachshund and we know she is always welcomed!!!! We do not go to the local DIY store for that reason !!!! We purposely shop at Wickes because of the service we get & the quality of the goods. 10/10 & we are in no way connected to Wickes or members of staff, this is just genuine opinions from a member of the public.

After trying to order on line I gave up…
After trying to order on line I gave up because it said my password was wrong. I tried to get another password but Wickes never sent me another application. by email or phone. I had to drive to Christchurch and order manually. I thought £35 delivery was a bit steep, but the goods arrived on time on a pallet so I was quite pleased.
