Visited today, was not quite sure what I needed. Two lovely ladies (I believe their names were Mandy & Andrea) helped me find what I needed and also got me a trolley. Great customer service, with come back.

Sorry but we won’t be purchasing for our complete refit of a bathroom . We went for our appointment to plan it out and the guy could not of seemed more disinterested if he tried .

Excellent design exactly what we asked for. Furnishing fitted the space. Quality bathroom furnishing and accessories. Wickes sourced an excellent installer (Blue Tub) and followed up on the quality and finish and made sure we were happy all the way along the line. I fully recommend the Braintree Wickes store for any of your projects.

We recently ordered a new bathroom suite and had the pleasure of if dealing with Roger Waldren at the Braintree branch. He came round to our house and did the measurements and we attendee the local branch a few days later. Roger was very friendly, non pushy, polite and eager to get us the best deal for our fidget which he did. Came up with many options and changed various thins to get the bathroom we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. Thoroughly recommend Roger and Wicks if all of their consultants are the same as Roger.

I want to commend the team at the Wickes Braintree store for their helpfulness. However, the customer service center has been extremely disappointing. My family recently purchased a bathroom from Wickes, and the recommended installer did a poor job. After reaching out to the customer experience team for assistance, the follow-up was frustrating. Three months later, the bathroom remains incomplete, which is particularly concerning since a family member with a disability urgently needs it. Wickes has shown little regard for our situation, with no empathy or compassion. Perhaps they could benefit from learning from their fantastic team in-store about how to treat customers with care and understanding.

To complicate matters, the installer has threatened legal action for payment for an installation that was not completed to an acceptable standard. Who in their right mind would do that to elderly people when it’s them who hasn’t delivered on the job? While Wickes process for remediation is lengthy and frustrating, you have no choice but to use their recommended installers, yet Wickes don’t take responsibility if something goes wrong. I strongly advise against using their recommended installers, as you never know what kind of experience you'll end up with.

Donna at the Braintree store helped my wife and I secure bathroom tiles. Donna was exceptionally helpful and patient with us which we very much appreciated as we are elderly and took a while to make our decision about what to buy. Excellent service and does Wickes proud

Great service and help, took all spare items back and refunded promptly. Beautiful bathroom furniture that look amazing. Alexa was friendly and helpful, and so were all other staff that helped us through our bathroom being done.

My experience at Wickes was very good.
Luca was helpful, patient, informative, friendly and professional. There was never any pressure for me to buy anything.Help was there to make my decisions if I needed it. The products are of very good quality and there’s a lot of choice.

Donna found us in the aisle looking very lost, she was very helpful and sat us down at a computer and compiled a order of all items we needed, with a lovely little discount at the end thanks wickes ☺️

I made an order online to collect half of the tiles I needed at Braintree and half at Chelmsford. I was served by Megan and her colleagues at the Braintree store who allowed me to change my order and Megan went out of her way to go and get all of the extra bits I needed while her colleague phoned Chelmsford to cancel the order there. Very friendly and very helpful, thank you girls x

Julian was not only a brilliant designer but so conscientious, ensuring orders arrived when needed and checking in throughout the process.

We had our new kitchen done through Wickes.
I cannot fault the designer or the fitter that they recommended. We had some issues with previous work that was carried out by the previous owners and the fitter rectified all those issues for us and gave us our dream kitchen.
The designer (Luca) at Wickes was more than happy to help us with issues or questions we had along the way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted in our kitchen.
I would definitely recommend Wickes in Braintree.
