A big shoutout to KIRSTY at the Bedford Branch for her help today. She was most knowledgeable and gave he good advice which enabled me to complete my order . An asset to the company.

We cannot recommend Billy at the Bedford Wickes highly enough! He recently helped us design our dream kitchen, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.

What really stood out was Billy’s incredible patience and expertise. We ended up changing our minds on the layout and finishes three different times, but Billy never missed a beat. He remained professional, calm, and was more than happy to go back to the drawing board to make sure every detail was perfect for us.

He provided excellent advice throughout the process, pointing out practicalities we hadn't even considered while ensuring the aesthetic stayed exactly what we were looking for. He made what could have been a very stressful project feel incredibly easy.

If you’re looking for a designer who is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and truly listens to what you want, go see Billy!

Very good experience.Zoey and James have been very helpful in general.I had to visit quite a few times due to not being able to collect on time and they were very helpful.In general my experience is not very good in other wickes.

It started off so well: we had a home consultation with Billy who appeared to take note of all we said. Primarily, we wanted to modify our quite small, inefficiently designed, bathroom and make it appear bigger. Then we had an in-store presentation which gave us a lot of information. Afterwards I realised one of the proposals would simply not work and that's when things went downhill. Instead of simply working on my email, another meeting would be necessary and it was so difficult to schedule a date. Weeks went by and the meeting was then further postponed. In that same timeframe, we researched reviews on Wickes and concluded we really should not do business with the company. We've wasted a lot of time and effort, but thankfully, we haven't invested any money. We're now liaising with another company.

Very professional, stress free experience and I am confident everything will be done as I need. Billy is absolutely fantastic and very pleasant.

We had a great meeting with a chap called Billy at Bedford branch, we were happy with what had been offered and except for a couple of details were happy to proceed, that was on Saturday 28th Feb, it is now Saturday 7th March and we still have not hear from anyone (B&Q responded the day after our initial appointment with them)

From the very moment we went to Wickes about getting a Kitchen, we have been pleased.
Our designer Mr Billy Wood has been amazing.
He came round to measure up and talk about what we wanted. We felt at ease, he was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and approachable.
He listend to our remit and designed our perfect kitchen....he really listened to what we had to say. Suggesting one or two things that we went with. It has been such a pleasure having him work for us on our kitchen. He's has been fabulous, not pushy. He just wanted to do the best job for us as customers ( as we think he does for everyone ) A very nice young man and a credit to the Wickes team.
Our kitchen is ALMOST completed and we've been so excited at every stage.
We got our own fitters who've done an awesome job.

Charlie was not the first designer we’d had to our bathroom, but he beat the others in that he listened carefully to our needs and was attentive throughout. We have to wait and see the plan but he understands what we want.
