She understood what we were going for and made recommendations throughout. She was so helpful that once our kitchen is fitted, we intend to go back for her to design our bathrooms.

Aditi was very thorough, our quote is a bit complicated where we're looking for a bathroom and shower en-suite.

Excellent customer service. I was unsure which product would suit the job I was doing from the wide range of stock. I spoke with Jill H who took the time to help me and ended up choosing a better quality product than I intended. Makes a big difference when your staff know what they are selling!

Aditi was incredibly patient with my lack of proper details brought to the appointment (I've a lot of reno to do before the kitchen is measurable) and especially given the appointment ran long. Huge range of options with a really clear visualiser, and a useful selection to mix and match in store
