Had a very positive experience overall with this company. The ordering process was smooth and the arrival prompt.

The product itself was high quality and a very appropriate replacement for the original ear pad. It felt like it had a bit more cushion than the original ear cup which affected sound slightly (positively), but this also might be a result of having my most recent experience being with two year old ear pads.

Excellent experience + product, would recommend. I replaced my Corsair Virtuoso Ear pads and if the need arises in the future this is where I would look first for any headphone needs and accessories. I am likely to try the headband cover next!

Made my first order yesterday on Wicked Cushions because my Arctis Nova Pro Wireless ear curshions were completely worn out after almost 2 years of use every day.

Placed my order, selected fast shipping and even though i ordered shortly before midnight I already received my order today.

It was neatly packed and also came with a QR code to take you straight to their installation videos and with the help of that it only took like 5 minutes to replace.

The new cushions feel really high quality and the extra thickness as well as cooling gel add A TON to the comfort now :)

So all in all I can't complain the slightest bit! From ordering to delivery to the quality everything was perfect and I will certainly order here more often if I need replacement again :)

Ordered replacement cushions for my Corsair Virtuoso XT since even the under warranty replaced cushions provided by Corsair weathered away after time. Within 2 days i received the order (shipped to the netherlands) and installation was a breeze with the provided video. Overal the cushions seem to be great quality but only time will tell if they hold up. 10/10 would buy again.

took 11 days from date of purchase for the pillows to even be shipped.
when the packages arrived, there was a heavy smell of smoke about the amazon packages and the plastic packaging. would have been a better rating if the package didn't smell of smoke, I'm glad the pillows didn't smell..
the steelseries nova pro wireless cushions fit very well for slightly larger ears because they are such deep cushions. very satisfied except for the smell as mentioned above.

I had an issue and they resolved it quickly!

I ordered their gel gaming earpads and during shipment I purchased the new Nova Artics Pro Wireless headset but was disappointed to find out that they are incompatible with the earpads I ordered.

So I contacted support with the hope to return them and get store credit so that I may buy in the future the new earpads that support them.

They straight up fully refunded my purchase while contacting me (almost immediately) that they cannot send back the order but I was free to offer the earpads to whoever needed them.

Really above and beyond service. I deeply appreciate it and will be a loyal customer!
