Communication
Did try to make a purchase or at the very least find out more information regarding their pallets but got very unprofessional blunt responses. Unclear if this was intention or just their way of communicating. In my experience wasnt the most friendly first interactions youd like to have with a large wholesaler.

You did try to find out information and you were advised that we do not sell in UK. I am sorry we hurt your feelings, however this is out terms of business and it is at our discretion who we sell or not sell to. Leaving 1 star reviews when you never purchased anything from us is unprofessional and frankly very childish. Doing a stellar job convincing us to do business with you ;)

Unprofessional Conduct and Broken Agreement
In my personal experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this company. What was advertised and what was actually delivered did not match, and the process left us very disappointed.
We ended up losing both time (about 2–3 business days) and money. Instead of receiving a full refund, a 20% deduction was taken, which was explained as being due to cancellation — even though, from our perspective, the cancellation was not initiated by us. This felt unfair and contrary to what we understood from the agreement.
The communication throughout the process came across to us as unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, our experience was negative, and based on how we were treated, we personally would not recommend this company.
It’s disappointing to see that instead of addressing the facts, the company chose to make personal accusations — including claims of misconduct and even calling me a “cowboy.” Can you believe that? From my perspective, this not only comes across as unprofessional but also contradicts itself. On one hand, they say I “didn’t pay,” yet on the other they mention deducting a cancellation fee — which clearly shows money was involved.
The reality is simple: the cancellation was caused by them, not me, and withholding money under made-up terms and conditions only reinforces the concerns I raised in my review.

Given that you stormed our warehouse, assaulted one of the staff members and DIDNT pay for the stock as agreed, I find your feed back misleading.
On top of that your continuous persistence that you paid in full, is shocking. You were charged 10% cancelation fee due to your non payment. As per our terms and conditions we charge 20% normally, which I didn't apply in this instance.
On top of this your attempt to slander an honest business is a proof of hat kind of person you are.
Your todays behaviour has been recorded on a camera and will be reported to the police. Cowboys like yourself should not be allowed to operate in business.
