Product great but using dpd courier…
Product great but using dpd courier company is a no for me and will not use again. I needed those needles delivered when they should be as I was going abroad that day and courier lied that he missed me but delivery address was large news agent shop open from 5am -11pm and courier took the picture of some bushes saying it was my house .
I would recommend to kot use dpd as they terrible

In the meantime, we’d always recommend placing orders a bit earlier to allow for any unforeseen delays, particularly when delivery is time-sensitive.
Alternatively you are always welcome to come visit our warehouse which is located in Poole Dorset and pick up any order on the same day, which I believe this was offered to you by one of our customer support team.
