Gems falling out
Used them for many years, I have had few problems however I have to say lately the gems regularly fall out of the titanium body jewellery.
Be aware that the company which markets as a wholesale company have a 28 day returns policy on jewellery even if it is faulty.
So if you do piercing and keep jewellery to sterilise when needed they won’t replace faulty jewellery if when you go to use/sterilise the gem falls out or if one of clients or customers experiences this it will be at your expense even if the jewellery is faulty.
I personally buy in bulk and sometimes don’t use for a while.
It’s just a good to know for others hence this post.
The service is always fast though but this aspect is disappointing.

Excellent packaging, arrived in perfect condition.
I ordered a lager item then usual, a moth tattoo armrest and it was packed really well, it arrived in perfect condition, along with the smaller items I ordered. I was thinking that the rest would require some assembly but it was already all put together and although that made the package rather large, the delivery guy was really good and brought it all the way in to the studio for me.

Couldn’t complain even if I wanted too!
First of all my order arrived so so fast! I was expecting to be waiting a couple weeks as it was international but I was on lying waiting a few days! The threadless attachments I got are great, high quality, high polish, can’t complain even if I wanted too. The navel display stand I purchased is super cute and convenient. Much better than what I was previously using. Fits in with my studio so nicely 💗
