The item I wanted was not displayed on…
The item I wanted was not displayed on the shop floor, however the very kind sales assistant checked and found there was one ‘upstairs’.
I tried it on and I loved it. I wanted to use my Forces Discount Card but the code didn’t work, however with proof from myself that I was a genuine card user she found a way for me to claim my discount,

Very helpful friendly service both times I went into shop. Couldn’t have been more accommodating about an exchange. Refund etc
I think the shop is just too cluttered n full - there are some stylish clothes but you hv to really seek them out through rows of flora l patterned rails. I got a lovely linen beige jkt but hidden behind more clothes !!.I spent £89 in the end!
