Emptying basket during payment
During the process of paying for goods the system suddenly emptied out my basket as they had 'sold out'...err...no they hadn't when I started paying - leave things in the basket White Stuff until midnight - if the customer hasn't paid by then, then fair enough, remove it. Also a lot of items already long sold out are being left hanging around online - it is annoying to keep clicking away on them, only to then see that they are no longer available, wasting my time. After the items in the basket were taken I decided to not buy the rest as I fell short of the threshold required for free delivery. Sort your system out!

Great service and great dresses
Called in to ilkley to see what if anything was in the sale that I may like. Found two dresses in a style I like so bought them.
They fit lovely and are great for travelling.
Staff were friendly and shop was clean and tidy and not too cluttered

Stratford Upon Avon a lovely store. …
Stratford Upon Avon store may be under scaffolding just now, but the store is welcoming and well laid out and much to my husbands delight has a good men’s wear range as well. Staff helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, unisex changing rooms but attendant on hand and run well. Great store and we did purchase some shorts as well, we will be back.
